this property is comfortable, very clean, well maintained and appointed with easy beach access. The location is accessible to great restaurants, a few within walking. The pool and hot tub are receiving regular attention and maintenance which made them a pleasure to use.

The property was excellent, very spacious,met all of our needs! Extremely clean. Full kitche, great bedrooms, spacious living area. The hot and pool area were great! Our only suggestion would be, to install some form of shade in the pool area. The table is a custom concrete table and gets very hot since there is no shade or umbrella. We will definitely look to book this again. We definitely recommend this rental to others!

Perfect Vacation House

We had such a good time at Casa Mia. The house was spacious and very close to the beach. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The house was well stocked and very clean. We had a very relaxing vacation and cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful Vacation Home

You will not be disappointed staying at this beautiful vacation home which is tastefully decorated, Beautiful kitchen with everything needed to cook your own meals. Within walking distance to ice cream, craft beer, pizza, etc. and just a short walk to the beach. Everything is well-maintained and very clean. The pool and hot tub are a bonus much enjoyed after a day at the beach.

Fabulous family vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mia, the home was beautiful, with enough space for 6 adults and 2 teens. We all loved the pool and hot tub and only a 3 minute walk to the beach! The only negative was the construction site directly behind the house, there was no mention of it when we made the booking.

We hope they were respectful and only worked during the required hours of 8 AM until 4 PM. Local authorities are aware that people are on vacation and thus limit the time of day when this kind of activity can take place. We regret it was a groaner for you. So happy to see you had such a great time however!

Perfect

Such a great property. Everything from booking to leaving was easy. Location is fantastic. The rental company definitely makes the entire process stress free. Very clean, organized and full of all the amenities you could need. We are thankful to find such a great property on our first trip to OBX. We definitely will be back!

Amazing

The property was clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. The owners were exceptional. The communication with them was great. Some of us were in a bad accident and I was in the hospital and the owners reached out to check on me and even sent me flowers.The proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and hot tub was an amazing way to end a day. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Love the location

Thank you for such a great place to stay! You can’t beat the location to the beach and the pool to cool off in after a Long Beach day. With the corona virus putting a hult in normal life, this was a breath of fresh air. The place could use new throw rugs, couch and pillows especially during these times. But all and all great place. Thanks!

Great family house

We have a family with a baby and teenagers. They all had a great time. Plenty of room, and the finished rec room was a great place for the teens to escape to. The pool and hot tub were terrific and it is a short walk to the beach, only 1 to 2 minutes. The house was beautiful. We would definitely visit and stay again!

First trip to OBX

This home is absolutely beautiful and so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we were even able to bring a friend for each of our boys. I give this place 5 stars and we will definitely be back. Thank you Franzese Family

Beach dream

This property was everything to enjoy. The pool was worth the whole trip. My kids aged 7 and 6 literally went in 3x a day. The beach is 2 blocks across the street which could not have been more convenient. The location is right around stores but the street was SUPER quiet. Literally no noise at night. My family throughly enjoyed the vacation and the layout of the house was amazing. Outerbanks blue and VRBO were easy and great to work with. I’m impressed. The hot tub tripped a breaker and the company had sent someone out anyway to help us get it working, luckily we figured it out but we were impressed that someone came out so quickly. Nothing but good here. Book now!
