This cottage is small but mighty in style, located near AVALON BEACH, famous for beach lovers, fishermen, and surfers alike. This home is included in the AVALON BEACH IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION {ABIA, INC} which means our guests have access to our private parking lot located just South of AVALON PIER and the Sound, which is located on the Sound at the end of Avalon Dr. Put the kids to bed and join the locals for live music and dancing at Avalon Pier.

This masterfully designed home has a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of books, a DVD library, board games galore, and is a wonderful choice for your Outer Banks vacation. Centrally located at MP 5 you can also enjoy the live music on the Pier, RC-10 Movie Theater, Food Lion, Awful Arthurs & Jolly Roger restaurants & a short drive to the Wright Brothers Memorial, golf & sweet sips of Front porch coffee. Plus, the new Target is steps from your door should you need anything! Beach access with a crosswalk at 5th Street.

This modernized historic 1950s Outer Banks flat top/bungalow that has been remodeled and professionally designed for the perfect oasis. and is in a prime location steps to just about anything you’d need. You’ll love the updated open kitchen, living room, and dining area, along with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large covered front porch, and a back patio with a fire pit. No This organic modern feel brings high-end luxurious yet cozy vibes any anyone could appreciate.

Close to beach access. Cute decor without having too much stuff in the way. Comfortable bed. Good communication with host realty company.

This cottage was adorable, clean and absolutely perfect. Only 2 blocks to the beach. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the owners were not up front about sheets and towels in the listing. You can purchase the linen package for an additional 185 BUT you only received that information in the instructions email sent AFTER you book. Other than that the cottage was a dream and we will be back!

This nostalgic flat top mid century beach house is really cute, It is located one street over from Beach Rd, and walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's. It comes with an ocean front parking pass which was so helpful! It has a brand new washer/dryer, is centrally located to everything. It is decorated really cute with the old beach vibe.The only thing I could say negatively, is I wish we could put the air down below 70, they need a new sofa, and add another small sofa and a better more comfortable chair. The twin bedroom room needs a little more TLC too (electrical socket, pillows, bed covers) but overall it was simply wonderful!!! And the property manager was very responsive and so nice and even let us in an hour early!!
