Great house for our family vacation

May 24th week

Reviewer Comments: Only two issues with the home1) the freezer door seals for about 10 minutes after being opened2) the configuration of the floating dock is not functional. Can only safely tie one boat to the floating dock.

A Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tidelife is a great vacation rental company to work with. They try to fill all of your needs during your stay. A newly renovated house and great views. I wish this house had a grill. We asked for one and they delivered a brand new charcoal grill to use for the week. The couches are probably due to be replaced. The mattress in the front master bedroom is in need of a new mattress for sure. Too soft !!! I also wish there were some chairs in the bedrooms to sit in. I also wish the area in general would recycle. I also wish this house provided a Brita water filtering pitcher to use in the fridge. It would be a great thing to have since they don’t pick up recycles.

Annual Pawleys vacation

Dolphinview was home base for our family. The rooms & decor are even better than the pictures. The view and location...amazing (YES, we saw dolphins in the ocean most everyday). The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful!!! Already looking for a reason to go back!!!

Loved this house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had everything. Beautiful decor, direct access to beach, bay across the street for paddleboarding and kayaking. SOOO fun. My only negative was that it was not stocked at all with soaps, shampoo, conditioner nor any beach towels. However, overall this was an AMAZING rental. We'd definitely rent again.

A Great House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Dolphinview before it was remolded and it was bad - there were leaks everywhere! I’m so glad someone purchased it a turned it in to a gem. I do wish they made the bunk room bigger with more than just one bunk bed. I also wish they had a big gas grill.

Lovely Week in PI

Only concern was the busy road but the realty/house had no control over that!

The most beautiful beach home

The house is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed and more. There’s nothing bad to say about this home. The views, the impeccable decor, and a space for everyone: what more could we ask for?!

Sunrise and sunset everyday! Fortunate to have perfect weather and no travel hassles or sickness. It was a wonderful week for the 15 of us.

Best shore house EVER

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is the ultimate shore house. Loads of room for our extended family (7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms). Extremely well insulated. Noise simply did not travel. Equipped with everything you could dream of. Location is PERFECT. Ocean at back door, beautiful lagoon at front. We used both constantly.

New Dolphinview

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome vacation home! Clean, secure, and family friendly. We have stayed in many houses on PI over the last 30 years, including the old version of Dolphin view. This renovated Dolphin View is now our favorite. Love the creek dock, all of the bedrooms and baths, and multiple porches. (The only thing it is missing is a hammock) This is also the first time renting from Tide Life - easy to work with, professional, and timely in their responses.

Of course the beach access is incredible! We were blessed with awesome weather the entire week! The kitchen is amazing with two islands, Sub Zero refrigerator and coolers for wine or your favorite beverage! I was in Le Creuset heaven! Awesome Wolf range! Beds were comfortable and the master bedroom had a wet room! Awesome place and we look forward to coming back next year!

Absolutely Wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My fiance and I came down for a last minute trip to make plans for our wedding. Suzanne was amazing, helping to locate a beautiful beach house that is dog friendly. 'Dolphin View' sits right on the water at Pawleys ... as well as creekside! The house is gorgeous, and we fell in love with it. We even called a professional photographer to take our engagement pictures there. We even happened to meet the owner, and he was a wonderful gentleman. If it wasn't already rented the week we plan to return in August, we would definitely rent it again. In future years, this will be our 'go to' vacation rental.I have already referred all of my family to Suzanne, knowing that they would receive the very best care.

Christmas Memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a full house of family to spend Christmas from a variety of states. Unfortunately for the first few days it was the coldest weather of the year. Inside we played games and ate wonderful meals in a kitchen fit for a chef and house with every comfort you can have away from home. This recently remodeled home has top rated kitchen appliances, huge TV’s, amazing bathrooms, washer and dryer on both levels, and an elevator that accommodated our aging family members. The views of sunrise were magical, daily ocean polar plunges refreshing, and fishing in the creek relaxing. One of the best places we have stayed globally. Thank you to the owners for paying so much attention to detail in this beach home. Happy New Year!!
