This home was the sweetest little beach retreat, a throwback to the relaxed beach life I grew up with. We WILL stay there again! Huge thank you to the host for keeping the home so quaint and comfortable and absolutely perfect in all ways.

Easy check-in, clean, and well-stocked in a great location. Parking is a huge plus.

Everything was good except for the entry to the property. The stairs are steep and have no landing at the top. It is extremely dangerous, and on top of that there was a basin of water left on the top step (took up most of the step) to rinse feet. My husband was trying carry groceries in and caught is foot in the bucket/basin of water and fell all the way down the stairs, hitting is back against the half brick wall at the bottom. I don’t know why there is no landing or why that bucket wouldn’t be placed at the bottom of the stairs but needless to say it’s very dangerous. Luckily nothing was broken just bruised and sore.

Perfect spot for small family get away.

The property was cozy and the patio was fantastic. Close to the beach without the constant boardwalk foot traffic. Rooms were spacious and layout was efficient.

Great family vacation spot!

Our family of four(3 and 4 year old) had a blast staying here! Our first family beach trip and we got to stay within walking distance to beach. Felt safe and plenty of things to do within walking or short drive distance. Would highly recommend!

Great location and super close and central to the beach area, restaurant / bar areas. Walking distance to Balboa area and ferry area to continue exploring. The place was super clean and plenty of pots, pans and supplies in kitchen to make our stay for 5 days. I would just warn that the steps leading upstairs are indeed narrow and makes it difficult to carry any large suitcase or bags up and down. Patio is nice and large and does get a lot of sunlight during the day. Unfortunately the house next door was doing some construction, so there was some noise in the mornings and daytime when we were there. Other than that it was a great spot and location for the money

Nice location

If you’re looking for a cozy space..this is perfect for a couple or a young small family . We loved the deck and literally steps to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Can’t beat this location! Easy back and forth from the beach with a baby. The rooftop deck was a great place to spend time in the evenings. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Absolutely wonderful property! There was a 1 min walk to the beach and 10 minute walk in either direction for the restaurants.The property was everything that was described in the listing. Nice view of the harbor! The onsite parking was a big plus, but make sure you have a more compact vehicle to ensure it fits.The checkout process was amazing. We were able to pack up and leave. The property team handled all the clean up, linen changing, trash and dishwasher situations.Would come back again for sure!

This place has such a great location—the beach is literally a 2-minute walk away. The owners were really thoughtful too, providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and even some activities, which made it super easy to just show up and enjoy the area. We loved spending time on the patio, and one night we grilled dinner there, which honestly felt really relaxing. There’s parking for one car, and it is a tight squeeze if you have a bigger vehicle like a 4Runner, but it’s doable. I also ended up leaving an item behind, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful about it—they arranged everything so I could come back and pick it up without any hassle. That really stood out to me. Overall, it felt like a really easy, comfortable stay in a spot you can’t beat for beach access.

Great location

We had a great time in Newport Beach. This place was the perfect location to the beach and restaurants. The only downfall was one of the neighbors had a dog that barked all day starting at 6:30am everyday. We will be back for sure!

Short stay

Cool little spot. Little smaller than it appeared to me in the pics. Dealing with the property management was great! Really liked the check in process and how accommodating they were!

Excellent

This home is in a very nice location and a short walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and shopping. We encountered a couple of issues during our stay at this rental but Beachview Realty promptly addressed them!
