We bought this property in 2005 when it converted to condos. We wanted to buy an investment property that would be easy for us to manage and that is close to our home. We love this location - we only have lived in 2 homes since we moved here and it has always been in this area, Northeast Scottsdale - close to the McDowell Mountains - there are many places to walk and hike; but we LOVE hiking Gateway Loop trail - the trails and views are spectacular.
