Holiday get away

We had the most wonderful time for Christmas in Scottsdale! The condo had everything we wanted and needed. They thought of everything / coffee pods / sunscreen/ towels for the pool/ shampoo-conditioner/ plenty of soap - we will be back!

Super Choice

It was perfectly located for our first trip to Arizona. Was accessible to all the sights we wanted to see. It’s a very quiet complex, and we had everything we could’ve wanted there. Charles was a great host, and very thoughtful and responsive. It’s a home away from home

Spring Break Trip

Area where the condo is located is very accessible to grocery stores, drug stores and dining. Charlie was very accommodating.

Great spot in Scottsdale!

Charles’ place was perfect! Great location, beautiful condition in a lovely community. The place was just as advertised. Within the complex, the condo is a 30 second walk to a beautiful pool and gym. Charles was always available and communicated great with us. Highly recommended for a stay in Scottsdale!

Perfect spot

Great experience!

Had family visiting from 2 different states and their stay was very enjoyable. Perfect location for all that North Scottsdale has to offer, plus if you have older/disabled visitors, the unit is on the ground floor. Owners were very responsive.

Excellent location and very clean!

Location was great, minutes from Sonoran preserve for hiking, golf and Taliesin. Walk to grocery store. Very clean, heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out facility I used daily. Owner was prompt and very flexible when I asked if I could check in early.

Greatly enjoyed our stay

This unit is perfect for our use. Spacious , clean , well located , and generously stocked with all your basic needs , such as bottled water, coffee k-cups ,soap , etc. The location is convenient to all the activities we enjoy as well as restaurants. Owners respond quickly to any issues. Highly recommend.

Born and raised in NY, we moved to Scottsdale in 1996 with our 2 children. We love the outdoors and tranquil lifestyle that Scottsdale has to offer.

Eva obtained her real estate license in 2002 and loves working with buyers and sellers. She works full-time now that we are empty-nesters. Charles's background is in Finance. He handles property management & investments.

We bought this property in 2005 when it converted to condos. We wanted to buy an investment property that would be easy for us to manage and that is close to our home. We love this location - we only have lived in 2 homes since we moved here and it has always been in this area, Northeast Scottsdale - close to the McDowell Mountains - there are many places to walk and hike; but we LOVE hiking Gateway Loop trail - the trails and views are spectacular. See last photo - we took that on one of our hikes - don't miss the opportunity to go and visit this trail - http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/preserve
