We were delighted with this rental. While the space is a little dated, it’s very clean and has everything you need. But the location, the grounds, and the pool/spa were more than we expected. Lovely walking track around the grounds, and the pool was warm enough for the whole family to enjoy. Directions and all correspondence before check in made getting there a breeze. I would highly recommend.

The ideal spot. Check in was simple, and we never had to interact with the host. Ample info available. A few minor things but normal when someone doesn’t stay consistently ( dryer lint trap broken, wind shredded curtains at the patio doors.) The fridge with ice maker was nice. Bedding for the sofa couch could have been better. Overall it held 5 comfortably and the extra toilet downstairs was most useful. The pool and spa were nice. The walk to the beach was a trek but worth it. Quiet beach. Cold water but beautiful.

Absolutely loved the place

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The ocean views were gorgeous and the location was ideal- steps away from beach, hot tub and pool. Also, the house is well kept and the host was extremely responsive.

We loved our stay! The condo fit our family needs perfectly! Having 2BR & 2.5BA was great. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was great to wake up to! The location was very convenient for traveling to Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Capitola. Would definitely stay there again!

Family trip

We had a great time at Seascape. It’s beautiful and peaceful. Great location to go to Santa Cruz or Monterey. Definitely would stay here again.

Property exactly as described. Great location for walking the beach! If you want peace and quiet however, the pool is directly below you and is used all day and night so probably not for you.

Great getaway for all ages

We spent the week and the location was great and convenient. 40 minutes to Monterey and 15 to Santa Cruz. We golfed, beached and relaxed. We will be back.

The unit was beautiful, clean and well prepared for all my family's needs! Everyone on the resort were very kind. The view is very beautiful, so is the walk to the beach with all the lush garden all around. I will definitely be coming back.

Property was stocked with all the essentials! Towels, TP, soap, plates, cups, etc! Clean and neat! Not one issue! We loved our stay!

Property was great. Home was welcoming and perfect for our family! Wish there were a few throw blankets. Got a little chilly but loved having the breeze come through. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall really good. Place was clean when we arrived, but had some ant issues. Check in/ Check out quick and easy. Very responsive and organized group.

Great condo!

We all enjoyed the condo. Great location, comfortable, clean, beautiful view. The only thing is that the pullout sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Still, we were satisfied!
