We had a great stay, the condo was clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was amazing! We ate dinner there almost every night as we watched the sunset beyond the trees and the ocean. Owners were quick to communicate on how to use the microwave/ convection oven. Aptos is a perfect location to offer activities in Santa Cruz and Monterey. I loved walking through the property in the morning drinking coffee.

We have previously stayed at a couple of other Seascape Resort condos but this one was our favorite, by far! The ocean view from both inside and on the large deck are beautiful and we loved watching the sunsets. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and was stocked with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. We especially appreciated the BBQ (electric but it worked well), full size refrigerator and the dishwasher. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip!

Excellent view and location. Lovely space. Only issue was there is a third story and whomever was in the condo over this one was slamming doors and woke me up a couple of times and you can hear and feel people walk over you, especially in the bedroom. Other than that, it was lovely. Next time will try for a third story unit

Great stay

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and updated. Short walk down to the beach and close to the main restaurant and shops. Great stay!

Our two day stay at this condo was relaxing and it was in a great location. The condo had all the amenities as noted on the listing. Spectacular ocean view from the balcony! The condo was spotless with a comfortable bed, an updated bathroom and kitchen. Communication with the owners was always a quick response from them. Parking is in an underground garage with an elevator up to the condo. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Dream getaway location

This condo was amazing. We loved every detail of the space. It’s OS well appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. The view was beautiful from the couch and the balcony. We will stay here again. Great hosts.

Family Reunion

We got 12 family members together in 4 different units at Seascape for a week. My wife and I stayed in this unit and thought it was great. Nicely appointed and in a perfect location. We'll happily stay there again.

Peaceful Setting and Beautiful Condo

This condo is great! Wonderful ocean view from the balcony, very clean inside and recently redone. It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay and the resort is beautiful! Great walking trails and trail down to the beach. The pizza place across the street was good too! We will definitely look at staying here again next time we are in the area. Owners communicated well and made it really easy to book and stay!

Great trip!

My family and I always enjoy Seascape and this property is excellent - if you open the Living room door, you can hear the ocean, there is a good size refrigerator which is so important with kids, and the place is located near a pool and the pathway to the beach. We hope to plan our next trip to Maui and utilize one of the sister properties there for our trip!

Great homebase!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape 214! It was just as advertised with great views, comfortable spaces and easy to navigate property. Really a great home base for exploring the entire Santa Cruz-Aptos and North Monterey Bay area. Our hosts were very accommodating and made it easy for us to change our dates and extend our stay. We will definitely be back!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, amazing views from balcony. Used the kitchnette for preparing most of our meals. Appreciated the full sized refrigerator. Grounds are beautiful w/trails that meander the steep bluffs above the beach & provide awesome views of the ocean and sea life. Easy check-in, great communication with host, extended our stay an extra day with ease. Elevator access to all floors made our move in & out easier. We look forward to staying here again.

Thank you for the 5 star review. After your stay, we put in a brand new reclining chair in the unit that our guests have found very comfortable. We also have cushions for the dining chairs to provide more comfort.
