This is a great condo! We loved the location with a nice ocean view. The condo is right next to the south bluff pool and pond. This unit has access to the north bluff pool which is a little farther of a walk, but not a problem at all. This place is beautiful, updated, clean and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We would definitely stay here again!

So much better then what we expected. The living room and bedrooms were bigger then we expected. The residence was extremely clean. The view and property was great! We will definitely be back and favoriting this listing. The only "knocks" would be the bbq on the patio is in pretty rough shape, we didn't try to use it but the look of it did not inspire confidence and the sliding doors were a bit sticky to open. Overall 5 stars !

Excellent place for my family and I to stay!

Seascape Village resort is beautiful. The condo was perfect for us. Communication with the property managers was easy, efficient and friendly. My family and I would definitely stay here agaon.🏖️

High school friends reunion. It was perfect- location, great VRBO, access to beach, pool is very easy. We had a great time

Tutu & Her Family Holiday

My daughters and their children live in a very hot climate. A beach trip to Aptos Seascape is just a great way to kick off summer. The Seascape Resort is the perfect place. We all had our own bed to sleep in, space to sit and plenty of room to relax.

Labor Day 2023

Easiest check in process. Location was perfect, and we’ve stayed in every building on property. Remodeled condo was perfectly appointed.Very much enjoyed our stay.

Holiday weekend

Clean, well equiped , ocean view, easy parking in a wonderful resort setting. Will return in future. 9 minutes to Watsonville airport .

Beautiful property with a well stocked kitchen. Parking is great. Easy access to the beach path. Property Management was quick to respond to questions. Disappointed that the pool in the view from the deck was not the pool available for our use which we didn't realize until we tried to use it.

NICE PLACE. Very comfy beds!

The condo was very spacious, clean, and well-situated near the pool. However, the kitchen could use a LOT more amenities such as more forks/knives/spoons/plates/coffee cups, bowls, plates, etc. than just 4 each. The walk down to the beach was not too far and an easy walk. The hot tub should have an adult-only use - way too crowded with children to enjoy and relax.

What you see is what you get. Everything was lovely!

This is a clean, well maintained unit. The photos are a good reflection of the actual unit. You could tell this is a well managed property. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Our toddler slept all night by himself in his own room (win!). There is a AC and a fan, and the lights have different settings, so it was very comfortable. It was nice my toddler didn’t have to sleep in a pitch black room at night. Seascape is a chill, beautiful resort. We hardly left the grounds. Between the pool, playground, walking paths, and beach, there was no reason for us to leave. Doordash and instacart deliver here as well. The washer/dryer in unit was clutch for a family with two little kids. And the pool provides towels (less laundry, yay!). My only feedback would be to include a resort map in the email communication prior to checkin. We went to the lobby to ask where the unit was because we couldn’t find it. It would have been nice to be able to bypass the lobby all together, and everything was truly set up to avoid the lobby except for the small detail of not being able to find the unit. However, this was small potatoes. We had a lovely, much-needed vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Unit was updated and very clean. Great location to restaurants and market. Beach access was easier than expected. Perfect layout and space to accommodate 2 couples. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view

Excellent property that’s been updated. Terrific view! Only minor issue is upstairs outside patio table is unstable/leg broken. Other than that a great visit!

Fun stay at Seascape

Wonderful stay. Property was very clean and nicely updated. The views are even better than what is shown in the pictures. Beds are comfortable. Sofa bed is not comfortable at all but still nice to have. Lovely walking paths throughout the resort. Would 10/10 stay here again!

We enjoyed it.

Parking easy. Great view of the fountain and into the ocean. The walk along the path on the cliff is lovely and the beach first thing in the morning was glorious. We were there mid week so hardly anyone was on the beach. Note: the resort is on a cliff so it’s a 10 minute walk down the path to the beach. Bring a cart or backpack beach chairs. We swam at the sports facility for $10 which would included nice tennis and pickle ball courts if we had someone to play with. We brought breakfast and lunch goods. Glad we did. Slim pickings on restaurants to walk to. The Unit was clean, bed and pillows comfy. We would stay again!

Weekend getaway

This place was a nice place, beautiful ocean views, nice king beds, the setup is perfect for a couple or all by yourself. Beware though we had our car broke into and it was locked up, security wasn’t doing there job

Perfect!

We had an incredible weekend - we saw otters and elephant seals and had perfect beach weather. The house was great with much more space than we expected and very comfortable beds. We hope to stay there again!

Coastal adventure

Me and my family rented this property as a weekend resting stop for our coastal adventures in Santa Cruz and Monterey. The Seascape Resort turned an everyday trip into a real vacation. We enjoyed the grounds, swimming pool, hot tub and sea cliff views. The sunsets from the deck were spectacular and the beds were cozy and comfortable. The booking, entry and exit were smooth and easy. I would fullheartedly recommend this spot.

Perfect for our long weekend getaway

We were staying at the property for a wedding, and this condo was perfect for our group of 5. The views were gorgeous. Would definitely recommend staying here.
