• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.

Wonderful stay on 30A

This property was everything you see on vrbo and more! Perfect location between Seacrest pool and all the activities/restaurants in the Seacrest square. Updated home with fully outfitted kitchen, baths, etc. comfy beds, great to have laundry and bikes too. Tram stop just across the street to take you to the beach. Very happy with our rental and will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing stay. This location was clean and they got us in right away. All the accommodations were perfect. The beach was close the pool was great. We had a wonderful time.

Great home in a great location

We loved staying in Barefoot Bungalow. The house is clean, nicely decorated and our favorite is the front porch. It is an easy walk or tram to the beach and shops and restaurants are so close. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Location is walking distance from everything, but you even have bikes if you need them. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful Experience

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Even though we visited in January, we enjoyed riding the bikes each day and sitting on the front porch. We loved our stay here and hope to return soon.

Love this Bungalow

Great location...easily walkable into Rosemary. Lots of restaurants around. Extremely clean and well appointed. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful home!

This property was perfect for our stay. The decor was beautiful and it had every amenity we needed. The bikes were a great bonus and we used these often to tour seacrest beach, Rosemary beach and alys beach. This was by far the nicest home we have stayed in on vacation! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and beautiful house

This was perfect for my family of four. My kids each got their own bedroom, which was nice, and there was plenty of common area for us to hang out in. The house is lovely and feels very new — clean, pretty, great housekeeping.

Perfect Location

This beach bungalow is in the perfect location. It's a short walk (or shuttle ride) to the beach and also a short walk to the shopping area with coffee, restaurants, and bakeries. The bikes were a nice bonus for the trails too. The neighborhood is very quiet and the rules are strictly enforced, so everyone can enjoy their vacation.

Perfect Stay!

My wife, daughter and son-in-law came to Seacrest for vacation as well as a wedding. The week was perfect and the house was EVERYTHING as advertised. The location was ideal, the house was clean and felt so much like home. All amenities that we needed were provided. Having bikes provided with the house was a very nice bonus. Would highly recommend this property and we'll look to stay here the next time we come to town!

Birthday Getaway

Our family (adults and toddler) had an amazing time at Barefoot Bungalow for a joint 40th birthday week. The location was perfect-walking distance to shops, food, and the neighborhood pool. There was a very convenient tram ride to the beach as well! The live music near the house nightly was a fun way to end each day! Shelia was so helpful as we prepared for our trip and ensured we had everything we needed regarding the property and 3rd party rentals. We can wait to visit again!

Fantastic Spot

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location is wonderful, right between Rosemary Beach and Alys. My wife and I walked to Amavida coffee every morning of our weeklong stay. Our kids really enjoyed exploring the area on the four bikes provided with the property. The beach access is excellent and the pool is refreshing. We definitely want to come back and stay in the same house and we would highly recommend it for a family!

Love the community

Easy access to shops, restaurants and the pool. Short walk to the beach. You can get the tram to take you to the beach or ride your bikes as well. We had fun exploring on our bikes and enjoying the other nearby beaches and towns. The house was very cute and clean. It had everything we needed. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. Loved our front porch sitting and talking to the neighbors.

Awsome Place

We came to Seacrest for a family wedding at Aly’s Beach, we brought our own bikes and enjoyed riding in the neighborhood community, ate at locals restaurants, pizza and tacos. Went to markets at Rosemary Beach, rode bikes to State park close by. Beautiful area and enjoyed our house and all the accommodations, Spent morning and evenings sitting on front porch. It was rather chilly for the pool or beach but would love to come back in summer season.

Easy house to rent, thank you. Everything in house was exactly as it was described. Centrally Located to Rosemary beach and Alys beach. Bikes at the house were great. Cute neighborhood. Seacrest neighborhood beach access is to a small beach for a lot of homes. You need to get to beach early for space. We didn’t realize that all beaches were private access. We ended up driving to the inlet beach public beach access and found that to be enjoyable.

Home away from Home

Love it, love it and we loved it!!! This was the best place for all 7 of us to stay.. The minute you walk into the Bungalow, you feel right at home. Everything is perfectly decorated, the Bungalow has everything you need. The walking distance to the pool and the beach is perfect. The tram will pick you up if you don’t want to walk to the beach. When we were sitting on the patio, so many said they loved this sweet house. If you are looking for a place to stay.. stay here!!! 3 bedroom.. 4 tv’s .. great kitchen .. and the area is just perfect.. we loved riding the bikes up and down 30A. Can not wait to come back ❤️ I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Cozy lil beach bungalow

Very clean, cozy and well-equipped beach bungalow. The neighborhood was great as was the community pool. Great location. Pet friendly. Couple little hiccups the first day- grill didn’t ignite, fridge ice maker was frozen, but maintenance was on it the next day. Only downside for us was beach access; because it was private, we couldn’t take the golf cart we rented to the beach. We had to walk it or take the community provided tram car. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation! Thank you.

adorable cottage, clean with all the conveniences of home.

Our first trip to the 30A area will not be our last. We were in need of a relaxing trip and this was perfect. The house was super cute, very beachy, we felt so at home. We ll done from a decorative standpoint, particularly loved the floors!! I really loved that there were provisions already there like paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, towels and even hand soap and body wash/shampoo. Sitting on the porch each morning enjoying my coffee watching my daughter ride her bike up and down our very quiet street will be a cherished memory. We chose to eat out so we did not cook but this house was so well stocked we could have cooked a feast. Owners thought of everything. We really enjoyed the community and made use of the bikes although 2 had flat tires and one had a seat that kept moving. I fyou have children under 12 you will have to bring or rent a bike since these were adult size and too big for our 10 year old. Found 2 large dead brown "bugs" on floor but hey its FLA and that goes with the territory. Otherwise the house was spotless and it did not disrupt our stay just made sure to keep our personal items zipped up. The pool is amazing and the tram to the beach was mostly efficient but we ended up driving to the public beach (about 5 min drive) in Inlet beach which we found less crowded and more enjoyable. be sure to get up early to get the freshest donuts of your life (Charlie's donuts by the bike rental shop)...also the Old Florida Fish house and Pizza by the Sea are a must. Donut Hole in Inlet Beach was also excellent for both breakfast and lunch as was Summer Kitchen for breakfast via bicycle in Rosemary. We will be back!!

Very limited beach access

I'm not one to write many reviews, but thought that it was important to comment here to avoid families getting into similar situations. Overall, the Seacrest community is really well put together - the houses are in good shape, the pool is big enough to deal with the large crowds, kids can ride bikes freely without a lot of concern, and the Village is great. The biggest drawback is the beach and it's a significant drawback. This house, and the majority of them, are no where close to the beach. The community is across the street from the beach. While there are trams that run throughout the community, they run from 9:00 to 5:45 everyday. The beach is LIMITED...very limited. Seacrest has an easement that allows for you to walk through a private community to a beach where they have 275 yards of space. Within that 275 yards, approximately 75% are covered by four rows of beach chairs with heavy duty umbrellas that are stacked tight to each other. If you do not have a reservation made way in advance, then you are out of luck - no chance of sitting near to the ocean. Not only, does this take away from it feeling like a beach, it's a huge problem if you have younger children who you're not comfortable playing in the ocean by themselves. In the remaining 25% of space (69 feet), literally 100's of people are jockeying to find a spot. There is a race every morning at 6:00 to see who can chairs to the beach first. Hardly what most people want to do on their vacation. If you don't get there, you're pretty much out of luck...and if you do happen to get a spot, you have to bring all of your beach equipment piece by piece to the beach - remember that the tram does not run until 9:00. Also, the security guard that monitors the walkway easement does not allow wagons or wheel carts, with the exception of strollers. This is all by design. The Seacrest HOA told me that they get paid (read kickback) from the chair rental companies. In order to make sure that they get whatever money that can from you, they schedule the trams to run at 9:00 - and limit using other methods to transport your own beach equipment. When I called to discuss this with the owner of the house, he was smug about it - basically told me that he was disappointed that they did not use 100% of the beach for the chair rentals. From my perspective, I'd rather pay more to stay on a beach where there is access versus being relegated to finding a chair at the community pool.
