I do see that a request was put in on Thursday night of your stay, and a member of our property management team was able to come clean the exterior areas on Saturday morning. We are truly sorry to hear that you did not thoroughly enjoy the home this time around. I see that you did leave comments regarding the cleanliness of the home in your arrival survey, at which time our team member reached out to see if you would prefer to have someone come to reclean. Regrettably, there was no reply. As stated in our rental agreement and listing of the home, pool heater do have issues keeping up when temperatures outside drop below 55. If our guests prefer to have the heater remain on (as are team member stopped by to confirm that it was), we are not able to provide a refund as the heater is still using gas to attempt to get to optimum temperature. We hope that these details help clarify, and are always happy to assist in correcting any issues that are brought to our attention.

The pool is services and cleaned each week, and unfortunately the overhanging trees occasionally do result in some debris. I have passed your comments to our team to see if there are any other tools we are able to provide to assist our renters throughout their stays.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and the further issues experienced in the home. I see that we were notified of kitchen towels and kitchen drain stop being needed and issues with the stove. We brought the items requested and have our technician come to look at the stove. When it seemed that the propane was low, we contacted the company to come fill it as soon as possible. We do work to revolve issues to the best of our ability as soon as we were made aware of them (maintenance, cleanliness or otherwise). Unfortunately, it does not seem that we were made aware of any further issues with cleanliness. We will advise our team and housekeeping partners to ensure a better experience for future renters.
