We had a great stay at the Triple L! We spent fall break there with our family of six (parents and four teenagers) and had plenty of room for everyone. The house is well-equipped and spacious, but the dock and the lake access are our favorite parts! We will definitely come back.

Perfect stay for a lake weekend with 3 families and lots of kids. The boat slip made it easy to bring our own boat

Very nice kitchen, dining and family room. Easy to host large family meals and enjoy being all together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Boat dock was perfect for our boat - divided fenced in yard kept our dog safe.

Everything was as advertised. The lake/dock is the best part of the property, Beds/pillows/furniture all left a bit to be desired. This home is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues as there are lots of uneven rooms and floors.

We loved the area - great location

Easy to get to and check in was great - our family had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas and the season .

Great weekend getaway

This house was perfect for our group. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and amazing lake views! We really enjoyed our time spent here.

Great spot on the lake.

My family enjoyed Thanksgiving at this property and it had plenty of sleeping room and we loved how the property is fully enclosed by a gate going from the front all the way to the back by the dock.

Great place to relax and enjoy the lake!

Triple L was clean, roomy and relaxing! The house had everything we needed and the backyard provided ample shade in the afternoon. We hope to stay there again!!

Great Stay

Beautiful location with amazing view. The home was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the kayaks and splash pad for the kids. Very close to H‑E‑B as well.

Perfect location

Perfect house for a family vacation. The view of the lake is perfect. Great location to restaurants and grocery store. Master bedroom mattress was super comfy. We rented a boat so the boat dock was super convenient.

Best weekend getaway

The house was perfect. Great location. Clean. Plenty of room for all guests to be together yet with privacy. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Get Away

The house was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Loved sitting up on the dock in the lounge chairs. The teens liked using the kayaks. It was a nice relaxing few days at the lake.

Host was excellent. Place was fairly clean. Lake view was phenomenal. Split unit A/C in the master bedroom upstairs broke on my second to last night. It was making a very very very loud noise - kept me awake from 1:30am when the noise started. I informed the host I was leaving one day early due to the fact that the upstairs was extremely hot. So we left. I sent the host a video of the loud AC unit in the master bedroom upstairs and informed them I was leaving. They replied and said they would look into it. I wish they would have offered to reimburse me at least one night due to the extreme heat that my husband and I could NOT stay in and sleep. Otherwise, nice upgrades to the house. They take good care of it. The host was beyond kind and gracious with the communication. The location of this rental is EXCELLENT! Host were also accessible and easy to get in touch with. Had it not been for the unfortunante AC unit this would have been by far a top rated rental. Once that AC is fixed, I highly recommend it.

Great location/ spacious home

Lake LBJ was beautiful, the town had everything you need and the property was perfect for us! We were able to bring our boat and my boys were able to fish. The house was beautiful AND so spacious! We could’ve brought another family or two. Instructions for everything were clear and it was an easy process, checking in and out.

Relaxing and breath taking views!!!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving break with our family and my sister's family. It was perfect for us and this home had everything we needed. The adults had space to hang out as well as the teens/kids. The yard is amazing, views are spectacular, we all had a fabulous time, would love to come for the summer to swim!!

Great Home

This was my second stay at this home with my family and we will be back again. Beautiful home. Quiet neighborhood. Love the huge porch and the balcony on the water. Home is very clean, updated and has great amenities.

Very good location

The property is in a good location. Very clean. Kitchen has all utensils needed. Bedrooms needs some improvements with better bedding.

Christmas at Lake LBJ

This was a wonderful home with beautiful lake views. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The open concept kitchen made it easy for everyone to be together and the large table was great for eating and lots of game playing. I highly recommend this home for your next Lake LBJ trip. We will definitely come back!

Great Location!

The property is great for enjoying Lake LBJ, along with Splash boat rentals, and Boattown Grill. The property itself is clean if a bit “tired” and could use additional kitchen essentials. The fenced yard is a huge plus with grandkids and the lily pad is a hit. The property management is very responsive and helpful! All said, we had a great time.

A Happy New Year!

We stayed at the Triple L property over the New Year holiday. The house was very nice, stocked with everything necessary. We fished and hung out at the dock since the weather was good, we caught several large catfish, enjoyed the lake views and sunset. Hill Country Stays made the booking easy and they were very helpful throughout our stay. We're looking forward to our next trip.
