New Year

This condo/loft was a perfect location for us!!! Great view of the fireworks and the drone show. The living area was huge with an awesome sectional and TV perfect for football!!!The condo had everything you would need for a great stay:)We would book again

We stayed here in July with our family of six-all over the age of 16. It’s in a fun area to walk around and has a few shops. The condo had two master bedrooms, a room w twin bunk beds, and two twin beds tucked behind the tv wall. The master bedrooms were nice. The bunk bed room is very tight-really no room to put a suitcase. We didn’t understand from the listing that the twin beds are open spaces behind the tv wall-one on the left and one on the right. Not a big deal-just posting for future renters. The condo was very clean and has top notch appliances. The pool that you have access to is on top of the parking garage and it very nice. Our GPS had a difficult time finding the location once we got inside the property. To make it easier for future travelers follow the signs to Baytown Wharf. Once inside there are two garages-one public and one private. Park in the private. Side note-the garage gets full quickly as the day goes on. We spent a couple of evenings after dinner driving around the garage or sitting and waiting for someone to leave. Overall I would recommend this property!

Great place

This condo was amazing! The location is wonderful and the layout of the condo is so open, great for a big family. We come every summer to the Village to stay and this was everyones favorite condo. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

The property is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and activities in the village. It's perfect for families with kids. The accommodations were great. Everything you needed is there for you to cook meals, if you'd prefer. We didn’t understand the tram passes actually gave you access to the other side of the resort which is the beach side. We had difficulty accessing the pool using the code, but no biggie. Overall, we would stay here again. It was great.

Perfect property and location for family vacation

The process of checking in/out was extremely easy and convenient. The property's location was an easy walk to parking and activities. The unit was comfortable and beautifully furnished. My family would highly recommend this property.

Great place but a few problems

This property was a great location with the exception of a longer than expected tram ride to the beach. We unfortunately had car trouble the night we checked in and had to have it towed with no car all week. We informed the owner of the car trouble and also that we could not find the tram passes we were supposed to have. We were informed new passes would be sent over. We never got them. Without a car, we had no way to even get to the beach without passes. Luckily we had some friends staying in the same area that had two tram passes and let us use one. Knowing we had no car, it would’ve been nice to have some urgency from the owner to help. The best part of the location of this condo was there are plenty of restaurants to walk to and things for kids to do without a car. It would be really nice to have access to a golf cart on the property as well. I know that no one could do anything about our car trouble, but it would’ve been nice to have some urgency from the owner about the tram passes. My other complaint was the lack of directions of the location of the condo. It took us close to an hour to find the condo after we got into the resort area. It was late, but the guard shack was no help either. That was very frustrating pulling in late at night after a long drive with a car that barely made it to the parking area.

Very Convenient

This property was perfect for our party of 8. Very kid friendly and close to all attractions and restaurants. We did have a little trouble finding the entrance and found that the air filters were in need of changing. However, we reached out to the property manager and she was very quick to assist us.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo! And so comfortable. Family and I had a great time here in July 2022. Loved sitting out on the Market St balcony - could always count on a soft Gulf breeze. Great experience, highly recommend.

Everything was great! I highly recommend

There was 5 of us, all females and we felt safe. I had 3 teenagers and I felt safe to let them walk around. The area was nice and the condo was great. I would definitely stay there again

Convenient location

Had 6 adults (3 couples) in the unit. The bunk bed “room” is super small, don’t know how two adults could fit in there, only one adult stayed in there and the other half made use of one of the beds in the living room. The two extra beds in the living area was a cool concept but there’s no privacy. The master bedroom window is right across from Rum Runners so you hear all their carrying ons until 2am and later depending on what the patrons do afterwards. It’s conveniently located in Baytowne where there are restaurants, bars and shopping.
