This is truly the perfect vacation spot. Great townhouse with super easy access to beach, grocery store, restaurants, and golf courses! The six person golf cart made travel from the house to beach, and house to golf courses super easy. The host was incredible and super easy to communicate with as well. 10/10 would highly recommend staying at 980 Northshore Drive for future golf/beach stays.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and we enjoyed the cart. The host was amazing and would respond quickly if we needed anything. We will definitely return in the future. I have stayed in the resort many times and this is definitely one of my favorites. Thanks Meg!

The property was pet-friendly and welcomed guests and a lot of nearby shops. Everything was so convenient. Each room was very nice, clean and spacious. We will definitely be returning soon.

Love visiting Sandestin area, by far the best property we stayed at! Host was always available and property was clean on check in. Would not hesitate to book here again!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay, nicer than the pictures, and we would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was that the bunk room doesn't seem to get enough air conditioning and gets a little warm even with fans on.

Absolutely Beautiful

Mrs. Jennings’ home was very beautiful, cozy, and spacious. The location was perfect, the area is quiet, and the scenery is perfect. Mrs. Jennings was very welcoming and answered all questions that I had. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location with everything you need

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and had every amenity you could need. Peaceful location just a short golf cart ride away from the beach, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard shops. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of closet space. We really enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and seeing the local wildlife. There were always lizards and frogs nearby and we had a beautiful crane hang out for awhile.

Amazing experience

Pictures don’t do justice to this property! The views from the upper deck were amazing. All the necessities were there; there was a Keurig and coffee maker, oven worked well , nice TV , and good water pressure for showers! the golf cart was great getting to grand blvd and the beach, wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Oh My Goodness! This place is SPECTACULAR!!

This place was recommended by a friend and boy, was she right! Everything about 980 was perfect - from the first communication to the last. It was beautifully decorated, absolutely spotless, and the A/C was already turned down so low we felt like we were at home! lol The kitchen was well stocked as were all the bathroom closets and there were even beaxh towels and beach toys on the back porch!! highly, highly recommended ... we will be back!

Northshore in Sandestin

We just returned from our 4th straight summer renting this wonderful condo, and wish we were still there. Perfect condo in quiet area of Sandestin, yet close to everything! Huge pool is a short walk from the front door. The bay is just steps from the condo for fishing, or fish just outside the back screened porch in the pond (catch/release). The beach is only 5 minutes away, as are the Silver Sands Outlets for shopping. Park right outside the front door for easy access. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or eat out at many close by restaurants. This condo is professionally decorated and a wonderful place to stay! It has all the comforts of home! We WILL be back in 2011!

It was a great spot. Loved the views of the lake and bay. We had a great time using the golf cart. I loved the layout. The owner was super responsive. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo by the bay. Lots of sunshine thru the large windows and very nicely decorated. Downstairs screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and upstairs balcony was great for happy hour. Short Walk down the golf cart path and see a brilliant sunset. We took awesome pictures while sipping a nice Cabernet. Location in resort was great and we drove to beach each day and all the sights in the evening . Meg was great host!We had a great week.

I love to play golf and spend many hours enjoying the challenging courses on the resort. I also love waking up in my home away from home to a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching the morning sun rise over the lake and the abundant wildlife that also calls this wonderful setting home. I also enjoy browsing the many shops and antique stores in the area. Later I enjoy having a relaxing dinner on the lanai or going out to one of the many local restaurants for a delicious meal. Night time generally finds me drawn to the village for fun and entertainment which always includes a visit to Rum Runners to listen to the amazing dueling pianos. Owning my home in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort offers me the opportunity to enjoy many of my interests and activities. Fine dining, boutique and outlet shopping, nightlife and quality entertainment are among the many benefits available to me as a resident of this spectacular, private resort community. I would not trade my Sandestin home away from home for anything, anywhere else!!
