We had an amazing stay at this rental home! The house was extremely clean and well maintained from the moment we arrived. The pool was one of our favorite parts — it was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with the family. We truly enjoyed every moment together and felt very comfortable during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. Property was very clean and was stocked with everything you could need. The family enjoyed the pool and pool floats and towels were available. Will stay again!

Our stay was amazing! This is equipped with EVERYTHING you may possibly need and more. The property is exactly as it’s described and more. We stayed with our four teenage boys and the pool and yard offered a perfect setting to wind down and relax every afternoon and evening. It is great location and within 20-30 mins of everything we wanted to do. The host is very kind and responsive. We would stay here again in a heart beat! There is not a lot of comfortable seating in the living room which only was an issue at night when we wanted to watch a movie together etc. I would stay here anytime coming to this area! Don’t think twice and book this property.

Relaxing Retreat
We stayed here for our anniversary and it was so cute and eclectic. Everything was very clean and lounging by the pool was a highlight! It is an easy walk to great restaurants and we enjoyed Wood and Salt!

Wonderful stay

Amazing stay!
The house is beautiful, located in a lovely neighborhood.
It has everything you need for the pool, cooking, games, everything. And Jean checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed.
I highly recommend booking this place!

Great Bixby Getaway!!!
The house was beautiful, unique and comfortable! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Eugenie was so nice and responsive!!! Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay!!!
We definitely enjoyed our visit on the property. The pictures doesn't do this place justice. All questions answered in a timely manner. I would definitely book again for my next Cali trip.

Comfy Stay in Long Beach
Staying at this property was such a wonderful experience. The host, Jean, answered all my questions promptly and provided recommendations for the area around the home. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks again Jean!

Family celebration
Four generations were together to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays. The home is lovely and the neighborhood is beautiful. Jean was a great host.

Simply Delightful
As the title states, the stay was simple and we very much enjoyed our time. The pictures provided are accurate, Jean is very quick to respond, and the house had anything you could possibly need. The travel time to the airport and port of call were minimal. I would stay again!!

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood!
I have never felt so at home! My family loved the house, from the unique decor, open rooms, to the pool in the backyard! Jean was great with check in and staying in touch during our stay. Her resources for what was around the house were awesome to refer to as well! 10/10 would stay again!

Nice Getaway
We were on a convention in LA and used this place to stay. Im so happy with our stay. From the old style home to the wonderful community. There's a lot to offer. Please do yourself a favor and look into resting here. You wont be disappointed at all

Beautiful
This house was amazing! We were there for my son’s wedding! The over 70 crowd stayed at this house! It was perfect! Everything was accessible! It was clean and in an amazing neighborhood! The house is beautiful! The owner, Jean, was extremely kind! Everyone had a great time in the house!

Host was wonderful.
We were on the go most of the time so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house. Pool is nice but like the review said not warm yet--we even had wet suits. I'm sure it's amazing once it's warmer.
Beds are firm if that's what you like.

Family celebration
The property is wonderful. Well kept, attractive and a fully loaded kitchen. Which is great as we like to cook. The backyard and pool were perfect. The kids loved playing in the water while the adults enjoyed the shaded patio. Beds were comfortable, rooms good sized. It was a lovely place to celebrate with a small group of people. Eugenie was a great host - quick to respond and accommodating. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend the place to anyone.

Charming Home with Backyard Oasis
This is a spotless house with great retro look, it’s everything you could want in a home base. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops, the house also stocks more amenities than you will ever need! Jean is a wonderful warm host who made us feel right at home, she’s very knowledgeable about Long Beach and has all kinds of recommendations for dining, entertainment , etc. The backyard feels very private and is a lovely sanctuary with sparkling pool. We definitely recommend!

Long Beach We'll Be Back
Admittedly we have many people we love in and around Long Beach. We hosted an
intimate gathering of 12-15 folks. The Cartagena St location, amenities and 'at home' atmosphere complimented our soiree that allowed all who attended a wonderful time and all who didn't a regret they will not repeat. Thanx to Gene and her crew, we're prepared to reserve again for next year.
