This particular unit has an island casual interior rating, meaning it offers unique rentals that provide value and comfort for families. While it is well-maintained and meets Parrish standards, it has not been recently updated, and we apologize if this was unexpected during your visit. We agree, Kauai is the best. We do see that all emails and texts went through as normal and I do not see any complaints while you were here. In any event, apologies for any frustration if we missed something. Otherwise, sounds like you enjoyed yourself.

Mahalo Frank for your review. We do try to set expectations that this is not a new or remodeled unit and understand that is more of what you were looking for. Next time, please select a Premier or Premier Plus property. Emails and texts were sent prior to check-in, but entry codes are not until check-in time. Apologizes for any confusion. Finally, on the door, a part was ordered as it was not available. Again, apologies for any inconvenience.

We have not received prior concerns regarding mold, mildew, or noise from the toilets, but we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We do respectfully differ with your personal assessment, but we are genuinely grateful that you chose to stay with us.
