This Luxury Tuscan Accessory Guest Unit is located in the heart of Encinitas. Attached to a multimillion dollar home: this unit has a lot of charm, it is well decorated, very comfortable, and has its own private entry. There is a Deluxe Queen Sized Bed. Relax in the Bathtub after a great day at Moonlight Beach. There are 10 ft. high ceilings, beautiful granite counter tops, rustic knotty alder wood cabinets, and travertine stone tiles throughout. A small private tropical patio will allow you to enjoy nice BBQs. The Guest Unit is only a few blocks to Moonlight Beach, and around the corner from Downtown Encinitas' Restaurant Row and boutiques. Also, a short drive to Legoland, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. Owner prefers you park on the street close by and if there is no street parking you can park on the west side or left side in the drive way. Property sleeps 3: Queen Sized Bed, a futon, and an Air Bed

Moonlight Beach Is Steps Away

What a great location in Encinitas CA. Moonlight Beach is my new Favorite beach of all!!! The property is very clean and I felt very safe here. I definitely would come back again and stay here!!! The owner was easy to text and got back to me right away!

I would stay here again!

Awesome location. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Cute little apartment with all amenities included. Joe, the owner, made me feel welcome and secure. I would definitely book again!

Great location, worth a stay!

Very well-appointed unit in a fantastic location. Just footsteps away from main strip of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in downtown Encinitas and then a few minute walk to a beautiful beach. Unit is perfect for a couple trying to get away for a quick trip in the area.

Great location near Moonlight Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The beach and Moonlight Beach Park are just a short walk, as are restaurants and shops. Although we drove, the rail line station is also close by. The unit is comfortable and well appointed. We took advantage of the beach chairs, boogie boards, and the wagon to tote them. We were happy with our choice.

VRBO needs to update contact info for host.

The place was perfect for what I was looking for. Joe was very gracious and accommodating. Only thing that should be noted is the phone number for him that VRBO provides is incorrect. It belongs to someone in Mexico who is very tired of getting messages for our host. Can you please update the contact info so as not to further any confusion or frustration for all parties involved. Luckily Joe was on the property so we were able to connect.

Peace and quiet

We were very pleased with the property and its location. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We don’t want to say too much great about the place because we want to come back and keep this hidden gem to ourselves. Haha! It was a fantastic weekend. Thank you!!

Perfect Location

Location, Location, Location. This property is so well located. It’s impossible to review without mentioning this. Joe’s communication was fast and accurate. There were a few bumps during the stay, some excess noise from a vent cleaning service, which woke me up, but it didn’t go on for long, and it would make me more comfortable if they changed the door code after each stay, but overall, the stars I’ve provided speak volumes. Did I mention the location? Thumbs 👍
