Thank you for your review Margretha. I’ve never had a review stating that the property is overstocked. I asked you what the problem with the wifi was, you did not respond, so my assumption was that it was resolved. I think you needed to reboot the router, but cannot be 100%. The yellow/orange spots are not caused by the pool water, they are pollen marks from the pomegranate trees. I’m guessing you hung your clothes to dry under the pomegranate trees. You did not inform me of any issues with the beds. I will have them looked at ASAP. As for the bathrooms, yes they are old, and exactly as in the advertised pictures. They are clean & work perfectly fine. I’m sad that you did not appreciate our house fully

Client called me at 11.00pm on day of arrival (I’m in the UK), to say the house was damp, and there was mould on the walls and he wanted to leave. I knew this not to be true as I had redecorated the whole interior less than two weeks previously. I asked for photographic evidence, none (not surprisingly) was forthcoming. I accept that there is low water pressure in the upstairs kitchen, but everywhere else is fine, so “no running water” is not true or acceptable. It later transpired that client had a young child and was expecting 5* luxury at 3* prices. I was not made aware of the wifi issue - there is a modem in the house, which was working fine when I left it. Client also left toilet seat broken in downstairs toilet.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your review, although I'm somewhat disappointed by your comments. Did you report any of the issues to the property manager Ines, as the guests before you gave 5 stars and I can't see that so much would have changed in such a short time? I was made aware of the tiles lifting in the pool and will plan for the pool to be relaid this winter. I was not aware of the door not shutting, the faulty freezer, the pool lights or the loose sockets, all of which would have been fixed had you said. I'm not sure what you mean by defective shower rail? Can you please expand. Tony

I’m very saddened to read this review as we were in the property in May. Montenegro has a plethora of wildlife including spiders, mosquitos & gecko’s. The house is in the countryside where these insects are common. Calling Ines at 2.00am is not acceptable. We have never had a review like this before in over 10 years of renting the property, as we take great pride in our property. The feedback I have had is that you were very difficult guests. Ines sent me the photos and I disagree with your comments
