This is a beautifully remodeled 1st floor STUDIO condo that is located beach side and pool side in the complex. Parking is FREE for our guests. Unit is perfect for a couple or party of 2. It includes a KING size bed. The unit boasts ceramic tile floors throughout and a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. The full-size refrigerator is great for keeping your drinks cool at the beach and the pool. The beautiful bathroom has a gorgeous ceramic tile shower. There is a large 50” HD TV with premier cable and high-speed wireless internet service, DVD player, and sound bar that can be used to connect music from your phone through Bluetooth or can be used with the TV or DVD player. Enjoy the heated pool right outside the unit. There is also a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows and is located directly across from the condo, approximately 100 feet away from the beautiful beach. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset or a morning breakfast at “Paradise Grill” on the beautiful Upham Beach, steps away and on one of the top-rated beaches in the world. It's a well-kept secret of St. Pete Beach. Or you can enjoy your coffee or meals poolside right outside the unit. Come and experience this gorgeous beach paradise while relaxing in this newly remodeled unit, tastefully decorated and well planned with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy! The unit includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag, cooler. Our unit is on the ground level, so no messing with stairs to carry your beach gear up and down. You can clean off at the pool shower and jump in the pool after a hot day at the beach. It's very refreshing! This is a great unit for a romantic getaway. Come and enjoy our beautiful sunsets, serene sunrises, sun filled days and moonlit nights at this beautiful destination spot here at St. Pete Beach. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance on and off the beach, as well as shops on Corey Avenue and surrounding areas.

Quick Anniversary Get Away

Perfect little place for a beach get away. We live such busy lives we really just wanted to shut down for a few days. This trip allowed us to do just that! Right on the beach and close to nice restaurants. Pool was refreshing too.

Gets are at Camp Getaway!

The property was in a great location. It was very clean and all the people who were staying in the property were very friendly. We had a wonderful few days away from our kids and would love to come back as soon as we can get away again.

Jim and Mona’s place is a great location. Walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Very clean and updated. We had great weather and are looking forward to our next trip back to St. Pete Beach.

For a studio it was quite large and had everything you need! We had a great time and were always able to get a lounge chair at the very nice pool! When we had some questions the owners were very nice and answered them quickly! Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Mother’s Day getaway

My best friend and I had a wonderful time staying on St. Pete Beach and the condo was perfect for our 3 day trip. Everything was clean and we had plenty of supplies. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great! The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the access to the beach and swimming pool could t have been easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

we loved everything about your condo very clean and updated and it had all the little things a lot of places we stayed do not have. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and kitchen spices. We had a great week and looking forward to a return visit.

Paradise in St. Pete

The property is in an ideal location. The heated pool, the 2 minute walk to the beach, the local walking distance restaurants and farmers market, kite festival, sunset s, ease of driving to nearby areas, made even better by the friendly residents, who have happy hour daily at the pool area, all are welcome! We had an amazing vacation and hope to return

Great place great location

We have stayed in this area for three years now. This vacation goes down as one of the best. Our studio condo was very roomy and in the very good location. The people in the condo complex were wonderful. We loved hanging out in the pool area with them. We would’ve gladly rented this again next year if it was available.

Very satisfied

This unit is located directly across the street from the beach with a beach restaurant/grille right across the street. It is beautifully decorated, clean, very well stocked/supplied with anything you would need and right outside the door to the pool. Many nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Excellent communication with the owners.

Perfect beach getaway!

The condo was cozy, well appointed, and in an excellent location. We walked everywhere, no car needed. The pool was beautifully maintained and a nice option right outside the front door. The beach is also steps away, across the street. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping in all directions. Jim and Mona’s condo was very clean and comfortable for us. Communications with them before and during our stay were very helpful and prompt. We would definitely stay again.

Great property but minor hiccups

The owner and the property was great. Perfect location and good for two people. The only issue we had was the cleaning people didn't let us in on time and then pressured us to leave early. Thankfully the owner was quick and supportive as this wasn't really their fault.

Nice time at St. Pete’s!

The location and pool were wonderful and everyone was very friendly. There are many restaurants within walking distance and having the beautiful beach across the street was a definite plus especially since it is such a busy time of the year. The condo itself was adequate for two people and had everything you needed. Our only small criticism was that the bed was very soft , might be our preference or maybe needs updating. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jim and Mona!

-St Pete Beach -

My husband and I had a very nice time at Jim and Mona's studio. Our daughter was able to come and visit us for 4 nights and used the pull out sofa which she said was very comfortable. We loved walking the beach and reading poolside. We missed not having a laundry in the facility, but found one conveniently located. Extra parking was tough, we had a permit for our car that Jim and Mona supplied, but we ended up paying parking for our daughters car for 5 days. Rate was 2.25/hour 8am-8pm each day. We loved St Pete beach and hope to come back soon!

My husband and I purchased the property in 2015 because we had visited St. Pete Beach many times and fell in love with it. After our visit in June 2015, we decided to start looking for a place of our own. You could call us beach bums because we love the beach. We are hoping to visit several times a year and share our unit with our guests the rest of the time.

After looking at several properties, we really liked the proximity to the beach and the fact that we could see it from our front windows. The condo was completely remodeled prior to the purchase and very nicely done. Also, the pool is right outside the main door, only steps away. After staying in many different units over the years, and being exhausted after climbing stairs with all of our beach gear, we decided that the first floor would be much easier. Now we just clean off at the shower at the pool and jump in to cool off and there are no stairs to climb. Also, the condo is not off the main drag, Gulf Blvd., so it is quiet and Upham beach isn't nearly as crowded as some of the big hotel beaches. At the very end of the beach, there is a beautiful garden, that we call The Secret Garden. A wonderful place to watch the sunset. All the years that we have visited St. Pete, we didn't realize it existed. Apparently, it is well kept secret. We've been told by renters that they love the quiet location. If you want hustle and bustle you can walk to the restaurants and clubs on the beach or head to Gulf Blvd. The atmosphere of our condo is very friendly and everyone knows each other. It is not a huge complex. We are very happy we chose the Friendly Native.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The uniqueness is that the condo is in such a great location. There is a small parking lot to cross, but no busy street. The beach is only steps away and it is very close to so many places to visit on the beach including Jimmy B's, which was voted one of the best Beach clubs in Florida with live music every night. Upham Beach is such a beautiful place and there are lots of shells to be found.
