REMODELED CONDO ON 1ST FLOOR AT BEACH & POOLSIDE

This is a beautifully remodeled 1st floor STUDIO condo unit that sleeps up to 4. It includes a KING size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. The unit boasts ceramic tile floors throughout and a remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops. The refrigerator includes an ice maker., which is great for keeping your drinks cool at the beach and the pool. The beautiful bathroom has a gorgeous ceramic tile shower. There is a large 50” HD TV with premier cable and high speed wireless internet service, DVD player, and sound Bar that can be used to connect music from your phone through Bluetooth or can be used with the TV or DVD player. Enjoy the heated pool right outside the unit. There is also a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows and is located directly across from the condo, only 100 feet away from the sandy beach. Enjoy a beautiful sunset or a morning breakfast at “Paradise Grill” on the beautiful Upham Beach, one of the top rated beaches in the world. It's a well kept secret of St. Pete Beach. Or you can enjoy your coffee or meals poolside right outside the unit. Come and experience this gorgeous beach paradise while relaxing in this newly remodeled unit, tastefully decorated and well planned with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy! The unit includes beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, and more plus, the unit is on the ground level, so no messing with stairs to carry your beach gear up and down. You can clean off at the pool shower and jump in after a hot day at the beach. It's very refreshing! This is a great unit for a romantic getaway or a “small family” vacation and can SLEEP 4. However, we do not recommend 4 adults because of the size. Come and enjoy our beautiful sunsets, serene sunrises, sun filled days and moonlit nights at this beautiful destination spot here at St. Pete Beach. There are so many restaurants that are within walking distance on and off the beach.

WELCOME to The Friendly Native Beach Resort Condominium living requires adherence to certain rules, some of which may not apply in hotels, motels, etc. These rules have been formulated by the Condominium Association for the benefit and safety of all residents, guests, owners and visitors, and apply equally to all. Your adherence to these rules is greatly appreciated and will serve to ensure that all our visitors can enjoy their time with us. 1. No pets are permitted on the property or within any condominium unit. 2. Lights, appliances, radios, televisions, etc., should be switched off when you leave the unit. 3. Windows and doors must be CLOSED if you are using air conditioning or heating. If you use the air conditioning with windows or doors open, the A/C unit will run continuously and could freeze and break down. You could be held accountable for repairs. Please help us to conserve energy and minimize breakdowns. 4. Radios, televisions, and stereos must not be used at volume levels which will disturb other guests at the complex. 5. Linens, furniture, appliances, equipment or utensils belonging to the unit are not to be removed from the unit. 6. Furniture located on the grounds must not be moved without prior management approval. 7. Trash and garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster located at the north end of the buildings. (It’s inside a white gated fence enclosure on 68thAve. between the buildings). Please do not accumulate trash in your unit or the halls and stairways. Dishes and pots/pans must be washed and put back in the cabinets before you check out and food must be disposed of. Failure to comply, may result in an increased cleaning fee. 8. The pool is open from 10am until 11pm. THE POOL MUST NOT BE USED AT ANY OTHER TIME. Minor aged children must be supervised by an adult at all times. It is not acceptable to observe from a unit window regardless of how competent a swimmer the child may be. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Loud or boisterous noise, horseplay or other disturbances are not permitted. All owners and guests are personally responsible for complying with the rules posted at the pool. 9. Towels, bathing apparel and clothing must not be hung out on balconies, halls, stairways, or in windows where they can be viewed from outside the building. Please keep ALL of your personal property inside your unit. Shoes, floats, rafts, toys, towels, bathing suits, etc., left in hallways stairways or on the grounds may be removed and disposed of without liability to the association or unit owner. 10. The association management and maintenance personnel have the right to enter the units during regular hours for purposes related to management, maintenance or emergency at any time. 11. Smoking is not permitted within the condominium units or hallways. 12. Everyone using the pool must wear a bathing suit. 13. No grilling or electrical appliances allowed in the pool area. Outdoor cooking is allowed only in the designated area (adjacent to the dumpster area). 14. Bikes must be locked up at the designated bike rack in the walkway between the buildings located next to the 600 building. 15. No reserving of pool chairs or tables allowed. Mother’s Day getaway
My best friend and I had a wonderful time staying on St. Pete Beach and the condo was perfect for our 3 day trip. Everything was clean and we had plenty of supplies. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great! The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the access to the beach and swimming pool could t have been easier. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I purchased the property in 2015 because we had visited St. Pete Beach many times and fell in love with it. After our visit in June 2015, we decided to start looking for a place of our own. You could call us beach bums because we love the beach. We are hoping to visit several times a year and share our unit with our guests the rest of the time.

After looking at several properties, we really liked the proximity to the beach and the fact that we could see it from our front windows. The condo was completely remodeled prior to the purchase and very nicely done. Also, the pool is right outside the main door, only steps away. After staying in many different units over the years, and being exhausted after climbing stairs with all of our beach gear, we decided that the first floor would be much easier. Now we just clean off at the shower at the pool and jump in to cool off and there are no stairs to climb. Also, the condo is not off the main drag, Gulf Blvd., so it is quiet and Upham beach isn't nearly as crowded as some of the big hotel beaches. At the very end of the beach, there is a beautiful garden, that we call The Secret Garden. A wonderful place to watch the sunset. All the years that we have visited St. Pete, we didn't realize it existed. Apparently, it is well kept secret. We've been told by renters that they love the quiet location. If you want hustle and bustle you can walk to the restaurants and clubs on the beach or head to Gulf Blvd. The atmosphere of our condo is very friendly and everyone knows each other. It is not a huge complex. We are very happy we chose the Friendly Native.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I would say the uniqueness is that the condo is in such a great location. There is a small parking lot to cross, but no busy street. The beach is only steps away and it is very close to so many places to visit on the beach including Jimmy B's, which was voted one of the best Beach clubs in Florida with live music every night. Upham Beach is such a beautiful place and there are lots of shells to be found.
