I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely property. It was quiet, very comfortable, and had everything I needed to settle in and relax. The beach was just a short walk away, and restaurants and entertainment were an easy walk or drive. The host, Joan, was on site and responsive whenever I needed anything. I’d happily stay here again!

I definitely recommend Joan’s place if you want a cute, clean and comfortable place while staying in St. Pete’s. The Butler House is on the beach and the condo unit is just a few steps away from the beach. Joan is an attentive host and I enjoyed the way she has decorated her place. The bed is comfortable and the home was clean.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. Joan was easy to work with and was on-site. We had everything we needed in the condo. We have already rented for next March.

I am thankful for my stay at Butlerhouse, a very special, unique place. It was beautiful, peaceful, and restorative. Joan is beyond kind and mirrors the property she has created. The beach and Gulf are gorgeous and I fell in love with Pass-a- Grille. Thank you.

Joan was an excellent host. She made sure we were happy with everything and even offered recommendations for things to do in the area. We loved the private porch and the easy access to the beach via a path off the property driveway. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

This is a beautiful little apartment with interesting artwork and in an ideal location. Joan is so warm and friendly and eager to help in anyway. We hope to keep coming back for many years.

This is the sweetest place with a very comfy, homey, vibe. Joan was wonderful from start to finish, answering questions really quickly, which made our planning really easy. It was a minute to the beach, if that, with the most quaint and inviting pathway leading from the house to the beach. We rented bikes, and so glad we did! Unless you want to go exploring, rent the bikes instead of a car! There were restaurants within walking distance, and even more within a quick bike ride. Had an amazing week! We will be back!

We have stayed in the area many times, this was our first with Joan. The booking, property, beach access and privacy were outstanding. Joan is the ultimate hostess and was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We highly recommend her properties!

Joan's place was immaculately clean, and the location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. It is within walking distance to two restaurants and a small store. Joan and the neighborhood are very friendly. We loved our stay and will be back!

rne property overal was antasuc, everything was nice and clean. The owner joan was the best ,we loved that we were right on the beach too. We would definitely go back to thiS place and would recommend anyone going to St. Pete beach to stay here you will absolutely love it

Great place! Easy access to the private beach! Loved that we had it basically to ourselves! Easy to find with an Uber and not far from restaurants! Host was super nice and communicated well! Would stay again!

Our apartment was a complete comfort zone and located right on the beach was just the therapy we needed for our special time together. Our host Joan was instramental in creating an atmosphere of healthy relaxation and Southern hospitality. Looking forward to making the Butler House an annual trip.

Great stay
