Superior one bedroom one bath condo. Could sleep 4-5 guests, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. Tile floors throughout unit. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you would need for cooking. Full size table, seating for four. Two televisions with cable, free WiFi and in house phone. Large patio outside your front door to relax and enjoy the views of the gulf. Great tropical foliage surrounding the entire unit. Everything you need is there. Hair dryer,towels and linens, cooler, beach chairs, games and a beach umbrella.

There are plenty of activities nearby. Parasailing, dolphin watching, wave runners, fishing and more. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Paradise Grille is directly on the beach and has great food for breakfast or lunch. Corey Avenue is a great shopping district that's only a few blocks away. Beach Bods Gym is two blocks away and offers daily,weekly or monthly passes.

Gulf Winds is a great property offering courtyards with patio furniture and outdoor grills. Laundry facilities are onsite in each building. Shuffleboard is also available. The pool is heated and private with views of the gulf. There is an onsite office manager to help you upon your arrival.

This is my second time staying at the gulf winds condos, although it was a different unit, it was just as good as the first. Melissa was a great host. She made sure the place was clean before I got there, which it was immaculate. She went out of her way to communicate with me to make sure my experience was great. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful stay in St Pete Beach

We had a very relaxing week at this condo in St Pete Beach. Just a short walk across the parking area and you had toes in the sand! The condo was clean and very cute! We had everything we might need to visit the beach or the pool. Melissa was a wonderful host and the Gulf Wind staff were so nice too! The extras Melissa provides to use at the beach are such an added bonus since we flew and couldn’t bring everything we needed. Just a great stay!

Great location

The condo is in a great location right next to the beach access. Nice courtyard area to sit in the morning and relax before the sun gets hot. Everything you will need to use on the beach is available for you in the bedroom closet.

Excellent all around!

I love this complex and stay here often but this was a first for this unit. Best VRBO host I’ve had so far, so accommodating and friendly. Great communication! She uses the property manager onsite who is also AMAZING! Great experience, highly recommend. Also great value!!

Great stay

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with owner was extremely helpful with just tiny things we needed. Comfy bed,chairs for the beach umbrella etc. We would definitely stay here again. Even considering looking for property for sale here. Thank you for a great few days

Perfect little spot

The space was very clean and is in a great location for the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants. Check in was very easy and everyone I dealt with during check-process were very kind and supportive Definitely will stay here again :)

Great getaway!

This was a wonderful trip with an awesome place to stay! The condo and it’s location are perfect for a beach trip. The set up is wonderful and provides everything needed. We highly recommend this property!

Great location and great host!

The property location was perfect and it was the perfect place to stay for our trip! So nice that lots of things provided in the property! The host was very responsive when I needed her and very helpful with things in the area to do!! Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Fun and sun on the gulf

Amazing little condo, the beach is literally across the street. I love that the property is pink! The condo had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and beach gear as well! The condo was super clean, all tile which made it easy to clean up sand- as well as a huge all tile stand-up shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Plenty of restaurants and ice cream within a few blocks. Melissa was an incredible host. Super informative of things to do in the area and always ready to promptly answer questions. We are already planning to come back next year!

Absolutely incredible!

The condo was immaculate, super comfortable and the location couldn’t have been any better…right across the street from beach access!! Melissa was fantastic to work with - checking in with us before we left home, at check in, and again just before we left!! Parking was a little crazy, but we were there over a holiday weekend, so that was why. Overall, an amazing stay!! Thank you, Melissa for everything!!! We’re already looking at dates for next year!

Awesome location for the price!

Location, location, location!! The beach can be viewed from your condo and front patio. We only stayed for 3 nights on our way down to Englewood. Melissa was very prompt in welcoming us and wanted to make sure we had no problems. The only issue was a slow bathroom sink but we worked around it and just told Melissa to make sure it was fixed for the next renter. The pool was beautiful and clean and at a warm 84 degrees. The grounds are very clean and manicured. This complex is very close to all restaurants and bars we chose to dine at and very walkable to many others. This unit was similar to a studio with sliding louvered doors separating the living room from the bedroom. Comfortable recliners and everything needed plus to make your visit enjoyable. The only irritation was the parking since the condos parking spaces are also shared with the beach and when the beach is very crowded you can expect to have a hike to your car but then later in the evening move it closer to your unit. You will definitely enjoy this unit if only 2 people in your group due to the size. There are 2 bedroom units also in this complex but on a higher floor with no elevator.

Perfect spot for a perfect couples getaway

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect size for my fiancé and I and it was within walking distance of everything! The beach was literally right across the street and several bars and restaurants that were a five minute walk. The condo was very clean and quaint. The owner, Melissa, was great and helped us with a late check in and also checked in with us to make sure we had settled in fine. The weather was not on our side while we were there so we didn’t get much beach time but that has nothing to do with the condo. The only thing I would recommend is putting a fan of some sort in there for those of us who need one to sleep lol. We had an absolutely great time and I would definitely rent this condo again! Thanks Melissa!
