Melissa was a very accommodating host! Great location, very close to the beach. Pass-a-grill on the beach just across from unit. Great for breakfast, lunch and a cocktail.

Stay was great. Place was clean and really close to the beach. Condo comes fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and all sorts of beach toys. Property owner was very involved and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was my 4th year staying at Gulf Winds and by far the best! The condo is in a perfect location directly across the beach and has everything you need for your stay. Melissa was fantastic at keeping us informed a head of time with any information we needed to check in and make sure we had a great stay. She even checked in to see how we were doing due to the tropical storm the week we were there. We had an issue with the AC the last night and she went above and beyond to get it resolved. Thank you Melissa and we can’t wait to come back!

Location is amazing! Great value! Perfect for a couple/small family. Updated kitchen and bath, lots of beach gear. Excellent communication with owner. Great breakfast spot beachfront across parking lot.

The condo was just as advertised. The proximity to the beach was incredible and made for easy beach days. The condo came stocked with all kinds of beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. The laundry facility was very convenient to use as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great location and great host!

The property location was perfect and it was the perfect place to stay for our trip! So nice that lots of things provided in the property! The host was very responsive when I needed her and very helpful with things in the area to do!! Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great getaway!

This was a wonderful trip with an awesome place to stay! The condo and it’s location are perfect for a beach trip. The set up is wonderful and provides everything needed. We highly recommend this property!

Nice little place right across from beach.

This condo is in the perfect location for the beach. We walked to restaurants and bars and used public transportation to St Petersburg, Dunedin, Clearwater, Gulfport and Madeira Beach. Melissa was great at keeping us informed of some construction that could have possibly impacted out stay. Kitchen area has everything you need. Take quarters for laundry.

Perfect little spot

The space was very clean and is in a great location for the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants. Check in was very easy and everyone I dealt with during check-process were very kind and supportive Definitely will stay here again :)

Great beach condo

We loved how close the property was to the beach. It was great that there were chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and towels to use. Melissa was very responsive for any questions and provided a great list of restaurants to try and things to do. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

The condo is in a great location right next to the beach access. Nice courtyard area to sit in the morning and relax before the sun gets hot. Everything you will need to use on the beach is available for you in the bedroom closet.

Great stay

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with owner was extremely helpful with just tiny things we needed. Comfy bed,chairs for the beach umbrella etc. We would definitely stay here again. Even considering looking for property for sale here. Thank you for a great few days

Quick get away

Great little space to enjoy the beach! Quiet and relaxing. Just what we wanted! The owner was in Communication with us and provided updates relevant to our stay

Girl's Weekend

It was perfect for our weekend away! I slept on the pull out sofa bed...not the most comfortable, but was fine for only three nights. The apartment was clean, the area was nice and just a short walk to the beach.
