Family of 8 adults and 4 kids, 4 and under had a great trip and visit to Legoland! House was set up great for a large group, pool and hot tub were a big hit!Would stay again! Communication was also great!

Charles communicated with us about several items before and during our stay. The house was everything as described, in a nice neighborhood, we could have not been happier with the accommodations for our 8 adults and four small children.

Great communication with the owner, lots of fun activities and amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like we had a resort all to ourselves.

Our stay was awesome. The house was perfect for our annual vacation, from the game room to the hot tub, there were so many things to do at the house! Charles was an excellent host. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay- all 12 of us! Great amenities, great communication by Charles, wonderful back yard/pool/hot tub/ fire pit. No one wanted to leave!

We stayed at the house with our adult children and grandkids ages 2, 4, and 8. We had a wonderful time. The house has a pool with in ground hot tub, game room in the garage. Charles even had a high chair and portable crib for my grandson. The house is close to Legoland, the beach and 1 hr away from whale watching. The beds are so comfortable. Thank you!!! Charles we had a great time at your home.

It was perfect for us! The backyard pool and the indoor game room were a hit for the children. It was nice having the owner meet when I arrived and give a tour of the house.

Great place!

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Pool and spa were great. Game rooms had lots to do for my teenagers. Would stay here again.

Great family vacation house!

Our stay was perfect for our group of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids (9-12). Great outdoor area, fantastic pool and close enough to explore all around San Diego. Thank you Charles for being such an excellent host!

Great place for family and friends to gather!

This is a beautiful property and wonderful for a large group! We had friends and family come together to celebrate our son's wedding. The home is very nicely furnished and everything is true to the photos. The yard is beautiful and a great extension of the home.

Perfect Stay

Charles’ house was perfect for our family Spring Break stay. We loved all of the amenities: the game room provided hours of fun for the children and adults, the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and the putting green allowed us to practice our mini golf skills. The house itself was clean, roomy, and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of beach and bathroom towels, pots, pans, and dishes. Overall, it was the perfect house for our vacation!

An Enjoyable setting with a wonderful manager

Charles goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The property is as easy and as fun as it appears online, and Charles was flexible, communicative, and thoughtful. Truly greatful.

Great Little Oasis

We were in San Diego for a soccer tournament and this house was perfect for us. The house was very close to the soccer complex, was clean, had a lot of fun things to do, and the outdoor space was fantastic. We really didn’t need to go anywhere as the house had it all. Charles was also very responsive and gave us a lot of great information about the area. Great place to stay!

Wonderful 3 Generation Vacation Spot

This property was truly ideal for our 3 generation family trip. Located conveniently to many of southern Cal's tourist attractions, and a short drive to the beach make for an easy commute. The house is set up for family fun, with plenty of activities, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and ample room for our group of 12 to gather for meals and movies. Owners are great to deal with and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property.

Best Family Property

Fantastic property!! Great for families! We had 9 family members ages 2 to 70. There is something for everyone. Charles the host was great and made sure that everything met or exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property. 10/10

Great Place for Family Vacation

We had 11 members stay. Near many San Diego attractions-- Zoo, Lego land, Oceanside Harbor, etc. Near grocery stores as well. Quiet neighborhood and near a local park to walk to with many hiking trails. Great pool and game room for the kids. Tight space to park 3 cars in the drive way with SUVs. Highly recommend!

Great Family time

Super clean and organized place. The owner was super attentive and responsive to all our needs. We do a once a year family gathering with our adult children and their spouses. My husband and I were super satisfied with this choice and hopefully be back in the future. Thank you
