We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The view from the patio areas were outstanding! We had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy ourselves. Access to the beach was easy and there were plenty of things to do and see.

The home was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided. The home was clean and nicely decorated.The beach was not crowed with outside goers and there was plenty of. parking on the street for all our four vehicles. We loved the fire-pit on the sands and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Water pressure was weak upstairs master bathroom.Only concern was a strange lady opened the door asking if her friend was there. Suggest that you keep the door lock. Police walked around double checking. I would give this property a 4.5 rate.Visit Restaurants in Carlsbad, State St., Farmers Market on Thursday is great on State St.Thanks for providing this house for our family vacation.

Can’t beat the view from the living area and decks. The communication with the management company was prompt and helpful. Easy beach access (when the tide is out). Well stocked kitchen. Three decks and a little private sandy area for the kids to play. We enjoyed our time here.

This place was perfect for our family gathering. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Every room was exactly as pictured. Lots of living space and well stocked kitchen. A bonus was the fire pit. Most every night we sat around the fire reliving the day’s activities! I would definitely tent this again.

The location and views are great. We were fine with it not being perfect and it was listed as not a luxury home but a well used family vacation home but want to share. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed arriving to the unit being extremely hot... We arrived right at checkin time of 4pm and for the following 3 hours we were sweating inside. My husband was looking up hotels to move to. It took until the following morning before it was reasonably cool. Host said they do not pre-cool the house due to the energy prices in that area, but I feel that we are paying to be there at check-in time and the house should be ready to be vacationed in. To be fair, It was end of August and a heat wave so maybe other times of year this would not be an issue. The house has some plumbing constrictions as well- low water pressure, clogged shower fixtures that could use some tending to. The patio furniture pads are very worn out and not comfortable. Therefore, as long as you are aware of the issues, and feel the price is reflected as such, you will enjoy the stay.

We had the best time ever! Check in was so easy no hassles. The house was gorgeous,clean, no issues whatsoever . We loved it . I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

Birthday Party with Lady Friends for 50 Years!

Absolutely incredible view! Very comfortable furniture and bedding! Group of eight that cancelled restaurant reservation to enjoy our home with a great round table! Highly recommend!

80th Birthday Family Gathering

We loved our stay mostly because of being all together with family but the rental was perfect for our needs for bedrooms on main entry level so no stairs required for grandpa with a walker, large main area gathering space with spectacular ocean views, lots of bathrooms, well stocked. I also appreciated that all the rooms and bathrooms were clean and it had TVs in most rooms.

Great time with great friends!

We had 10 adults and we fit very well! The home was well equipped with everything we needed to make a large meal. The firepit was a hit with the cool weather! Lots of seating inside and outside for our group.
