Welcome to Pelican Point! This 3 bedroom/3.5-bathroom beach house is the perfect vacation getaway for families and friends. This property is located on Terramar Beach, close to the San Luis Pass (well-known fishing spot!) and is located 15 minutes west of Galveston. There are no vehicles allowed on Terramar beach making this property ideal for families with small children. There are two covered balconies that provide priceless oceanfront views. The property also offers a Weber outdoor charcoal grill, picnic table, and a private outdoor shower. The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles with additional parking on the grass across the street. The property has everything you need to cook during your stay with a fully stocked kitchen. All you need is groceries! Larger stores such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Randalls are located in Galveston proper. If you're looking for something closer or more immediate, the Seven Seas Grocer is 5 minutes away. Additional fine dining is located a short 15-minute drive to Galveston.

Amazing Beachfront Escape

We had a wonderful Memorial Day stay. The beach is very private and away from the public access. The house has everything that you could need and has amazing beach views. The host was absolutely amazing and welcoming. Also, easy to communicate with! Perfect for families or a small group.

Great Beach House

Perfect location for all ages!

We stayed here for a family trip during the summer. Our family consisted of three generations between 82 and 7 and everyone was happy. Two lovely porches and great distance from the beach. The home is so well maintained and the owners are amazing at communication. Just a wonderful spot that we hope to come to again!

ON the beach !

Right on the beach, convenient to walk back / forth. NO cars so no traffic or noise.HUGE primary Bdrm/ bath, other Bdrm smallish. Kitchen get for family traffic.Living room smallish, but TV very user friendly .Host VERY responsive as the weather changed plans. They made our dreams come true.

Perfect Property

The house is fabulous, the location is fabulous. We would stay here again and again. It's clean. It's fresh. It's great. The view is amazing. The living area is spacious and cute. The bedrooms are all upstairs and have comfy beds. The bathrooms are in pristine condition. The owners are accommodating and super helpful.

Mother Daughter Trip

My best friends of over 30 years and I stayed at Pelican Point and we brought our daughters. The beach house is right on beach and has stunning views!! The inside well maintained and the owners were great at communicating with me. I did have issues the first night with the breakers tripping 10-15 times which resulted in no air conditioning while we slept however after first night it stopped. There are only three bedrooms but the couch folds out into a full size bed. There were linens for all of the beds and extra pillows however there were only two towels in each bathroom which was not adequate for 11 guests. Pack your own. I did laundry several times so we could all shower. The trash bins were completely full from the previous renter and it smelled terribly. We had to put our trash behind the bins when we took it out. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome

We went with three families for a total of 6 adults and 6 kids! It was really a great property, right on the beach, no cars allowed on the beach, well stocked kitchen, clean, appliances worked well, outdoor shower was a huge plus. The house looks just like the pictures if not nicer! There were some cars and trucks inside that were a nice surprise for our kids! We appreciated the tv with access to different shows as well. Karen was very responsive. I would note that there are additional taxes you have to pay that aren’t listed. VRBO doesn’t collect on the homeowners part so it has to be charged later. It was just a surprise to us. The only recommendation is new outdoor furniture as it was on its last leg, literally and we were afraid we might break them. Overall we loved it and would stay again without hesitation.

This goregous oceanfront home is not to be beat! It’s incredible! It is steps from the beach and was super clean and modern! Everything was so easy with check in and the home had everything we needed! The bedrooms are set up nicely and the bathrooms are spacious too! There is an outdoor shower downstairs to help with sand! Highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation!!!

Beach has always been a spiritual place for me to visit. Walking along the beach has always been something I cherish. Especially, when I get to see the sunrise, witness a supermoon or simply do some stargazing. Pelican Point was designed around creating amazing views, a functional kitchen with open spaces intended for family gatherings and lasting memories. The open space concept on the main floor is meant to create an environment well suited for entertaining. Everyone can be a part of the entertainment, even when preparing meals. The upstairs bedrooms provide private sanctuary when desired.
