Welcome to Daydreamer! An adorable beachside home in Pirates Beach Subdivision with beach views. It's perfect for small families looking to get away to the beach on a budget.

This quaint 836 sq ft home is just a quick two block walk to the beach. The deck is a great place to enjoy the cool breeze and views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Daydreamer is dog friendly with a limit of two (2) dogs at a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs and will require an additional $100 non-refundable fee per pet.

Stop daydreaming about the beach... come experience it instead in this affordable home.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Laundry Room.

Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen. Living room sleeps two (2) with a full futon. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 with a Daybed and Twin Trundle. Covered and Uncovered deck with Gulf views.

Location: 3 minute walk to the beach; 9 mile drive to 61st Street; 12.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 8.2 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Review of Daydreamer Beach House

This cute small beach house gave me and my wife everything we needed to be comfortable. It is well appointed with all the conveniences we needed. Very well put together! And Pirates Beach is the best beach in Galveston! We are definitely going back!

Great location for a cute house

We strolled a few minutes to the beach from this small but well appointed house. It had everything we needed for a great Memorial weekend. We hope to be back again soon!

A great locatio...for winter only

Beautiful small two bedroom house with the view of the ocean. Just lovely. Just one thing: there is no window insulation or heat blocking on the south and west sides where the bedroom windows are and it got so hot, A/C could not keep up with the heat. Completely improper window coverings let all the sunlight and heat come in to the bedrooms. Everything else was just wonderful.

Ladies Vacation

The two of us selected this property because of its proximity to the beach and a dog friendly rental. The description is accurate and in addition they had puzzles, games, and books to help us pass the time on our rainy days. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and they had an outdoor shower and second shower and restroom in the ground level laundry area for any extra beach clean up. Any issues we had were addressed by property management right away. Quaint beach house and we would stay again.

Cute Little Beach Getaway

Perfect spot for my husband, myself and our little puppies. Close enough to the beach to visit several times a day. Close enough to downtown to pick up great food. Clean and cute!

Very Comfortable and Cute!

Overall impression is that the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the community is quite and quaint. The only problem was that the mattress for the sofa bed isn't for sleeping. The mattress needs to be replaced. No one could sleep on it. My son went to a hotel. the futon was slept well. There should be safety bars in the shower. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will return!

Great Location

Overall a great stay. We stayed prior to peak time so we often had the beach to ourselves. Just a short walk to the beach. The house was peaceful. There were a few minor things that need attention, but I would stay there again.

Great little place near the beach

Short walk to the beach. Nice beach area. Outside shower is perfect. Glad they had a grill.... make sure to use fans at night to circulate the ac. Gets a little stagnant at night.

Great girls trip spot

My best friend and I spent 3 nights here and loved it! Roomy, clean, and comfortable. Great views of the beach, comfortable beds, and a great kitchen table to play games and share delicious meals. Highly recommend.

First time visiting Galveston

We had the best time! Easy check in and the house near the beach was just perfect for my husband and me. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home.
