I had a really nice stay at the cottage. Great location, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Even though it was so hot outside the house stayed nice and cool. If come back here for sure. I (52 year old woman) stayed here alone and always felt safe.

This pace had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Communication was great. Clean up was simple.

RENTER BEWARE!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me first start off by saying the staff at HKWVR were wonderful, very attentive, responsive and respectful. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Solaris Cottage is a very nice place, BUT RENTER BEWARE!! There is a thief!! We were robbed during our stay!! The thief stole over $400 from us. We did report it once we realized it which sadly was the day we left, it’s a very long story and there isn’t enough room to write it all. The doorknob was broken on the front door, it jiggled around and the lock wouldn’t work, but the keypad lock worked, so we weren’t too concerned with it, that was our mistake, lesson learned. My advice if you do decide to stay at Solaris Cottage, bring some cameras that connect to WiFi and set them up somewhere discreet, hopefully you can capture the thief in action.

Upon receiving your report, we thoroughly reviewed the footage from our exterior security cameras and found no suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals entering the property during your stay. We also inspected the door lock immediately, and the keypad deadbolt lock is fully functional and secure. While we are glad you enjoyed the cottage's cleanliness and location, we regret that these concerns impacted your stay. The Team at HKWVR

Quiet Spot in the Middle of Old Town

Cottage was perfect for 2 people. Close to Duval , Beach and other attraction. You can walk to most restaurants Very quiet locationWell equipped kitchen. Grill was not working well. And the furniture is not very comfortable, except for those issues a great stay. Management company is on top of everything. Very good communication. We will be back next year

Amazing Cottage for Two

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and i stayed for 4 days, while roadtripping through Florida. The cottage was exceptionally clean, and well appointed. Bed & linens were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals. Shower massage/pressure was AMAZING after a long day of biking around Key West. I’d definitely recommend this cottage for a lovely getaway for two.

Close to Duvall and the surrounding area, but quiet location. Perfect for couples.

Communication with the host was easy. Small cottage was only a few blocks off Duval. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. The air was great in the living room/main room. The bedroom air was a window unit that provided enough “white noise” to help us sleep. We would stay again.

Lovely place

Lovely quaint place in the perfect location. Just a couple blocks from Duval Street. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice little place

Had a pretty good stay, easy check in (minus a minor hiccup with the access code), great central location for Key West. Really nice play to stay!

Nice location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time. But the key lock code failed 4 tomes. The furniture a bit old with an uncomfy sofa. And the cottage felt musty.

Cozy, close to action

We loved the house. The neighborhood was great. Lots of fun action in town, a 2 minute walk away. We rented bikes and explored the island. Perfect getaway from the cold north.
