Located in the heart of downtown Southport, this condo is located just 2 blocks from the Cape Fear River waterfront! Stroll the Southport shops and quaint restaurants just steps away. Port features a spacious bedroom with king size bed and gorgeous private bathroom. An additional half bath is located just off the living room. This condo offers the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an iron and ironing board. Marble, tile, and hardwood floors make this get-a-way extra special. This unit was accurately described and my experience was the same as many others. The location is hard to beat and the porch overlooking the street was relaxing. Although the unit was void of any start-up coffee supplies or shampoo, the remaining experience was a 10/10. We would certainly re-rent again if we return.

Great place to stay!!

This was a wonderful place to stay, walking distance to everything in Southport. Just a great place for a weekend getaway with your loved one for your anniversary.

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights during a visit to Southport and loved the apartment! Surprisingly quiet and such a convenient location. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment above the coffee shop. Perfect location. We only had one little problem. They were doing some painting and construction type work in the coffee shop below us during the night or the first night of our day and it kept waking us up. That was not good but everything else was great.

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and modern. It was located in a great location right above the wonderful coffee shop. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Weekend in Southport

Celebrating our 25th annaversary, we were in the perfect spot to walk the entire town, run downstairs for morning coffee, and sit on the deck to people watch.

Apartment is in great location. You park and can walk to everything. Place is clean, spacious and deck is added value. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location in downtown Southport

Highly recommend this place for a peaceful, clean, and convenient location to be able to walk to everything in downtown Southport. Great pricing for the location and size of the loft. The huge balcony makes it nice to relax in the evening. Great communication, very clean, great amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

What an awesome place to stay. Couldn't have picked a better location right on the main street. Pictures don't do it justice, its much bigger than we expected. Best place to stay in Southport

Anniversary

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and cannot say enough good things about this rental! Everything was so clean. The location was 11/10! We will definitely be staying here again and I can't wait!!

This was an outstanding property located in the heart of Southport. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great Location/Fabulous Unit

Centrally located two blocks from waterfront, this one bedroom condo above Port City Java is bright and we’ll appointed. Walk anywhere in Southport and wonderful coffee downstairs! Two night minimum, but cannot beat this property for the quality, comfort, price or location.

Anniversary

Great trip to South Port and Ball Head Island. Lovely town and the Port at Captain's Bridge was just what we wanted. Down town, we walked or took our bikes anywhere we wanted to go.

In the heart of Southport

If you want to experience the town of Southport and be within walking distance to all it has to offer, this is a great place to do it from. We love coming here and being close to the action and this one bedroom apartment above the local coffee shop is just perfect for my wife and I to get away and make us feel like we are Southport locals.

Perfect location

Excellent in every way. Great location to shops. Park and walk everywhere downtown S. Port. Coffee shop below rental makes a great breakfast option. Nice porch for evenings. Tall ceilings make a spacious rental feel even bigger. We’ll stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to return.
