Hello Nicole- Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the home's cleanliness. That is certainly not a reflection of our standards and we will make every effort to do better in the future. We apologize for the mouse that you saw in the home, but do want to let you know that it is standard for most of our homes to have mouse traps around the property, simply as a preventative. Being in a rural mountain area, mice do sometimes make their way into homes, and we want to make sure there are traps in place, should that ever happen. That said, we take the presence of mice very seriously, and do treat homes that have been shown to have mouse activity. We will use your feedback to address the situation in the home.
