Emerald Sea is located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, so you can stroll down and enjoy the beach, lounge in the sugar white sand, or catch a breathtaking sunset. Emerald Sea can be rented by itself or with the home behind it, Emerald Sol, for a two family or group vacation.

***Emerald Sea and Emerald Sol now offer a brand new private pool shared between both homes! The pool can be heated for an additional fee.***

This pet-friendly vacation rental home has been recently remodeled and is perfect for a beach vacation! The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, and the the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle. The full bathroom has just recently been renovated as well. The living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa. French doors lead to a private patio, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and delight in the fresh air rolling in from the Gulf, which is only a short stroll away. This vacation rental home can easily accommodate up to 9 guests!

***Please note that while Emerald Sea is a private unit, the unit below is a long term rental.

Emerald Sol and Emerald Sea both have the same layout, contain a washer and dryer in each home, and share a private pool between the two homes. This is the perfect situation for a two family vacation or a beach getaway with a group of friends.

Beach access: Just across the street and a few minute walk from the rental, is a newly build beach access for your use! This beach access includes parking for vehicles, including golf cart parking and bike parking, with a large deck plaza leading down to the white sandy beach, an ADA accessible boardwalk/dune walkover, restroom facilities, and a picnic pavilion with dune walkover.

Nice Little Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we’ve stayed here (last in 2022). A very nice property. Note that you’re renting one of two houses on the property, and need to share the pool. So, if you have a good “neighbor”, you’re set. There’s also a tenant (apartment) downstairs, but they usually work and it’s quiet. Place does need some repairs, though they appear to be working on it. Tropical weather’s tough on properties. Owner just needs to take it off the rental market for a week, and knock everything out.

Great Location!

The property is a little outdated & wasn't fully up to my standards as far as cleanliness and comfort would go, but the proximity to the beach (the listing says a block, but realistically it’s like half a block and maybe a 4-minute walk), property management communication & private pool, shared with the neighboring house on the lot if there are tenants there, made up for it. As a group of 5 women traveling for a bachelorette trip, it was important we stayed in a safe neighborhood and felt safe at the listing and I can attest that this property felt secure. I’d definitely return!

Great location, basic accomdations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed my month stay in Miramar Beach. Plan on returning to the "area" next year. The outside of Emerald Sea and Emerald Sol are shabby. In dire need of fresh paint and general cleanup. The couch is gross. I vacummed it 3 times and got a lot of dust and hair out of it but it was still very dirty. It should be replaced! Glass Casa Staff was great in responding to a few issues like the water heater failure/replacement during my stay.

Great location

Clean, very close to the beach which is what we loved the most...Pool is nice kids loved it.. The property needs a little updating but over all would come back and 100% recommend..
