Beautiful newer (2016) 2000 plus sq ft apartment with 2 car attached garage parking with 8' garage door, plus plenty of parking to the side for your boat, ATV or trailer. Fenced Dog Run conveniently attached to the garage, no need to put dogs on leash to get into the dog run. Master Bed includes new top of line King bed, with master bath, and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom includes new top of line queen bed and is across the hall from the 2nd full bathroom, with tub shower combo. Third bed, is a premium memory foam twin rollaway. Large laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Spacious Kitchen with gas stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and other small appliances. Very large Island with granite counter top. Dining table seats 6. Huge living room with seating for 7 people. Large covered deck to enjoy mountain views.

Only 2 minutes from I15, about 12 minutes from Downtown Salt Lake City. Half a block from connector to Legacy Trail with 26 miles of paved biking and walking trails. Quiet off street location on a 2 acre property, provides a country feel yet Costco and numerous restaurants are a short 3 minute drive away.

High quality laminate flooring throughout the main part of the home is scratch resistant to pets. Home was completed in summer 2015 and furnished in 2016. This home was built with unique energy efficient construction, making the home quiet and draft free. Owner's daughter lives next door and can provide assistance to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

This place is huge (especially for 2 people), beautiful, quiet , peaceful with nice views. Having an oversized 2 car garage with an opener was a bonus. Keep in mind that there are 20 steps to get from the garage to the apartment. I appreciated that they didn't use any fragrance (air fresheners, candles etc), and ask that guests don't either. It is well equipped with everything you could need, there is tons of storage, and it is very convenient to I-15 and Highway 89.

It was a great stay for our family for the week, at a great price. It is a second floor property, which I guess I didn’t look close enough at the info about the listing to realize that. It was a little difficult for my wife to go up and down, but we managed. The use of a 2 car garage was nice, especially with the heat that invaded Utah for the week- no hot car to get into. We were also looking for a place to include our dog, which this fit the bill, but sadly we had to say goodbye to him before the trip, so he didn’t get to enjoy the space. Overall, a great place. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay!! Very roomy plus a large garage to park in as well. Easy to get to and 5 minutes away from stores and restaurants. Went to Lagoon Amusement Park and it was less than a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this proprerty. Very family & pet friendly!

Nice quiet area. House was clean, well stocked and roomy. Coordination with the owner was good, instructions were simple and clear. Garage was large enough to park my pick up. Balcony had a nice view. Location is close to 2 freeways and near shopping and dining. A pleasure to stay there. Would definitely use again if staying in that area.

So enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. Inside laundry room was a plus and beds were comfy. Kitchen was nice, with plenty of room to cook and prepare meals. Would have been nice if all the dishes would have been put away and not left on the counter for the next renter. Big plus you have your own personal garage to park in. Plenty of hot water, great little balcony, overall was everything we needed. Thanks so much!

Our family purchased this property about 18 years ago. The two story white house on the street was our home for 9 years. We subdivided the 3 acre property, sold the original home and kept the remaining 2 plus acres of land. We enjoyed raising our family here with horses, dogs, and the freedom to ride our ATV and motorcycles on the property. In the winter we'd use our ATV to pull our kids and grand kids on sleds or tubes around the pastures. We always had a large garden and enjoyed fresh produce.

I've always had a dream of building a very energy efficient home. This home is build using Structure Insulation Panels, which are 6" thick and is sealed air tight. The attic has foam insulation blown on the underside of the roofing sheeting to complete the air tight sealing of the home. The home is warm, quiet and is draft free. A whole house water purification system was also installed, giving beautiful drinking water and eliminates chlorine from showers and taps. It's a beautiful home and I'm sure you will love it as we do.

It is very unusual that a middle class family such as ours, could afford to live on over 2 acres of land 10 to 15 minutes from a major downtown area. The area around us has a rural feel with 1/2 acre and larger lots around us. Horses and large gardens abound in our community. Yet east across I15 freeway, just 1/2 mile away you have all the amenities you'd expect in an urban area. Come relax in our country setting after a days activity. Sit on your covered deck and enjoy the mountain views, or watch the horses grazing in the pastures around you. Plenty of parking for your vehicle and trailer, making this property a perfect spot to stage all your activities from.
