Fantastic stay at Carolina Beach! My friends and I loved the property and felt very comfortable in the house. You are right on the beach which makes beach days easy and fun! Well stocked kitchen. Option to rent sheets and towels was a nice add-on! Only 2 parking spots on sight but option to park about 8 min away. Adirondack chairs and tables available to take on the beach! The hosts are very communicative.

We loved all of the thoughtful touches, like chairs for the beach and toys for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The kitchen was fully stocked for sure! Tons of blankets too! This is a solid spot for a family at the beach. Lots of games and beach toys for everyone. I'll be staying here again.

The space was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. The location was amazing for daily walks on the beach and listening to the surf. We had six adults in our group and had plenty of room. We would stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful beachfront home! We were greeted by the host upon arrival and shown around! The house was immaculate and the view and sound of the ocean from the covered porch was our favorite spot. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items, coolers, and sand toys! We will definitely be back!

The host welcomed us when we got there and gave us a little tour. They even allowed us to check in early. Perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Our hosts were really great. Communication was awesome, the house was cozy and clean! They really had everything we needed for a big family thanksgiving weekend and I knew if we needed anything they were so easy to reach.

This home was just perfect for our stay in Carolina Beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ever need and the sitting room was spacious and very comfortable. Comfortable and well decorated bedrooms and 2 full baths were just perfect.Outside areas were spacious with plentiful seating.We will return!!!

We had a short stay for a couple days and everything was great. It was incredibly nice to be on the beach. Perfect location.

First, you must carefully review the listing as it does not clearly indicate that this is a 3 levelhome with 3 separate areas for rent and that others will be staying beneath you, which means you have to be extra quite (if you have little ones good luck). The owners stay on the 3rd floor and while they were easy to communicate with it would have been nice to know that the house is older and that every sound carries through the floor to the two apartments below. Next, it is clear the property is not kept up, especially the wooden boardwalk to the beach which had broken boards and screws sticking out to be stepped on. Same inside, refrigerator door wouldn’t close properly, no water pressure in either bathroom and the water is not treated and strongly smells and tastes like metal (possibly due to old pipes). Minor repair issues all over like the high chair, locks on doors, etc. The location is great but some resources need to be reinvested into the property. Read the listing VERY closely and if you have small children just know about the potential noise issues.
