The house was beautiful, very spacious and clean. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Communication with with the homeowner was good. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to friends.

The property and its location served as a wonderful home base for our first family vacation in Boulder. We enjoyed the convenient access to Wonderland Park and local hiking. The location also worked well for two one-day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. The home provided plenty of space and comfort for our family of six. The kitchen is well stocked for those that like to cook. We hope the use the property again in the future.

We had a wonderful family gathering here for Thanksgiving. The house is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and four comfortable bedrooms. Great location, too. Highly recommend.

We rented this home for 5 nights with a group of 10 adults. The owner was very good with communication and was responsive throughout our stay.There are a few things future guests should be aware of. The home does not comfortably sleep 10 adults. There is an air mattress in the basement and a couch, but the sleeping arrangements are not ideal for a group of 10 adults.Our biggest concern was the lack of central air conditioning. There are only two window units—one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The guests staying downstairs were very hot every night, which made sleeping uncomfortable.The home also needs some updating and general maintenance. There were weeds throughout the driveway, and one of the burners on the stove did not work. These are relatively small issues individually, but they contributed to the overall impression that the property could use some attention.On the positive side, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the owner was easy to communicate with.Overall, we enjoyed our time together, but we feel the listing should be clearer about the sleeping arrangements and air-conditioning situation, particularly for larger groups. Some updates and general maintenance would also make this home a more comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location and very close to the trails. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. Our family especially enjoyed all the games available in the house. The check-in and check-out process was one of the most seamless experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This is a great VRBO. Lots of room, very comfortable, felt like home. It's located in the NW corner of Boulder so it was easy to get to hiking trails, yet not far from downtown. We had a very good time.

This home was everything we needed for our large family for my son’s Boulder wedding! The space is beautifully decorated, comfortable inside and outdoors on the deck- and had all the extra touches! I would like to go back and rent the home again! The host was accommodating- and we even extended a day.

Colorado Family Reunion

This gorgeous house was our home base for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful location right at the foothills, lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to a very nice park! We would definitely come back!

Spacious Home Close to Everything

This home was perfect. It comfortably the 7 adults in our group with a lot of privacy afforded by the several bathrooms. It was also a 2 minute walk from a great hiking trail and just a short drive to downtown Boulder. The kitchen and grill were also perfect for the few times we “ate in.” Would definitely book this spot again.

Bright and sunny great room space and magnificent deck for taking in the fall colors over morning coffee. Close to Pearl Street restaurants, shops and bars. Host was quick to respond to requests/questions and was most accommodating.

The house is great and is exactly as advertised. It was spotless. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Communication with the host was perfect -- just enough, not too much. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the home itself is lovely and spacious, and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet and close to hiking. A five-minute drive to coffee, restaurants, etc. We just had a great experience and couldn't have asked for anything more.
