We always have a starter supply of essentials like bathroom tissue, trash bags, and paper towels fully stocked, and we apologize if that wasn’t the case during your visit. Regarding the shower and tub handles, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We performed a detailed inspection and couldn't find the issue that you mentioned -- but as always, they are thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We understand you’ve stayed in condos that felt like a better fit, but we hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back and provide the five‑star stay we’re known for.
