Fantastic location to float the river, walking distance to tube rental or just sit in the river if you want. The house is a great layout for 4 couples to stay. Beds are a bit firm, that's the only negative. Great property for floating the river.

Hi. Thank you for your review and kind words! We are truly blessed to be able to share this property with others. I don’t know if you realized the beds are sleep number beds. We set them on the firmest so you can adjust from there. This is why we put the bed remotes on the beds so you know. I’m so very sorry you didn’t find them comfortable 😔

Very communicative. House was perfect with a good location. This host provides the extras to make sure of a good stay for anybody staying here. I highly recommend this house and owner. I cant say enough on how much my family and I enjoyed our stay and the communication provided by the owner.

Amazing stay. Steps from Downtown New Braunfels, Landa Park and Comal River. The house was well stocked, very clean and host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place for a group!

We were in town for a wedding and 7 of us stayed here - it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great Location!!!

We loved this house!!! It was the perfect place for both families. The location of the place is walking distance to Texas Tubes and downtown New Braunfels.

Best place to stay on the Comal River

This is hand down the best place to stay on the Comal River. The house is great for a large group, the location is as good as it gets. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Best location in a quiet neighborhood but everything is walkable. We even walked to Schlitterbahn. The house was clean and well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Fun getaway

This is the place to be! Close to everything and the river is literally in the backyard. We had the best time!
