This spot is perfect for families and friends. This 1942 home has been fully restored and updated. Once you walk into the beach themed house you will be tempted to kick off your shoes and relax. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the most comfortable beds. The house also offers private parking and a private deck to view the wave pool at Schlitterbahn.
Batey’s Beach Haus is located around everything you need. It is a few steps away from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and you are within walking distance to Wurstfest. . It’s a few blocks from many tubing/rafting companies. It is also a walk away from the many activities at Landa Park.

Property was as advertised, very clean with close proximity of the Comal tubing and Schlittebahn. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to others.

We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. The owner is quick on responding with any questions we have. The property is always clean and ready for the next family. Our family loves staying here every year.

So close to Schlitterbahn. The second time we have stayed her and each time it has not disappointed. Enjoyed the deck, picnic table, rocking chairs and grill. Great location, amazing house and plenty of room! Will definitely stay here next year.

Here’s a polished version of your review:This home is absolutely adorable! The location is unbeatable… it’s literally right next to the park, which made our stay even better. The house had everything we needed, the décor was super cute, and my kids loved it. Everyone slept comfortably, and we felt right at home.The host was amazing, incredibly helpful, and made the entire experience so easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. We already hope to come back next year if it’s available for our dates!

This house is WONDERFUL. Exactly everything you need for your stay. Beds comfortable (adjustable sleep number), table fans in every room to help hot natured folks like me.outside deck is spacious, great for hanging swimsuits to dry , and so comfortable even during the heat of summer. It’s the PERFECT location. Literally can’t think of a single thing to improve. Great stay!!!!

This place was better than the pictures! It was absolutely amazing!It was clean, and equipped with our cooking needs, and was definitely a place I'd look to book again! Great house and great location

Perfect little house, with an excellent location. There is no better spot if you’re planning on going to Schlitterbahn. The owner made everything super simple. We will definitely stay here again.
