This spot is perfect for families and friends. This 1942 home has been fully restored and updated. Once you walk into the beach themed house you will be tempted to kick off your shoes and relax. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the most comfortable beds. The house also offers private parking and a private deck to view the wave pool at Schlitterbahn.
Batey’s Beach Haus is located around everything you need. It is a few steps away from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and you are within walking distance to Wurstfest. . It’s a few blocks from many tubing/rafting companies. It is also a walk away from the many activities at Landa Park.

Wurstfest stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house with an easy walk to Wurstfest. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Schlitterbahn Oasis

Fantastic little place just steps away from the gate. Fun beach themed decor and perfect spot for our group of 6 to gather and relax before and after our days in the park.

Perfect Weekend Away

Schlitterbahn stay

We came with our family to enjoy a couple days at the water park and the town. The location could not be more perfect. So conventient, easy to walk right into the park each day! House was clean, had everything we needed. Will stay here again!

Perfect place for 2 small families. Can't beat the walking distance to Schlitterbahn.

The owner was wonderful to work with. The home is exactly what is listed, very clean and great layout for our 2 small families.

Vacation getaway

The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It is right next door to the water park which made it easy to walk over. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for anything better! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in you vacation house!

Cute house, perfect location

I knew that the location was great, but I didn’t know exactly how convenient it was! We were steps from the entrance to one of the parks and the house was so cute and comfortable. We will stay here again!

Wonderful experience

The house was as described and extra welcoming. Veronica did fantastic job of anticipating our every need with extra touches. Good location for us to enjoy the area. When leaving we discussed would definitely to stay here again when visiting the area.

Amazing

First time staying here and we will most definitely return. Closest private rental to Schlitterbahn and less than 50 yards from the side entrance. Home was clean, comfortable, and great to be able to come back to for a mid-day break from the waterpark. Excellent communication from the owners and made for the most stress-free trip we’ve had in a long time. This place is an absolute must book for a Schlitterbahn if available!

Great place

We had a great stay here. So many amenities we weren’t expecting, very clean and cute. Even laundry detergent was provided. Met up with family and stayed here and have already talked about meeting other family here next year.
