Comfortable and homey décor. Everything you need to stay for a weekend, week or longer with fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. All linens and towels that you could need for any length stay. Television in living room and bedroom and also wifi. Even updated books and magazines for your reading enjoyment. Short boardwalk to beach and swimming pools. Gym, tennis court, basketball goals, volleyball, and playground for children. PARK PASS to all SC parks. Our rate includes the gate pass for one vehicle and there is no extra cleaning fee.

Great location

This is a beach front property, with a great view, nice deck, and a short walk to the beach. Also close to the pool. Owners were wonderful to work with. We would stay here again.

Great Location! Great ocean view from deck!

Great location! It was wonderful to have the State Parks pass to use to visit Hunting Island State Park. We spent a lot of time on the beaches at Harbor and Hunting Islands walking, shelling and watching the dolphins and sunrise. It was very quiet while we were there making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after the busy holiday season. We did not want to leave. We cooked our meals with the plenty of pots, pans and dishes provided. The Crock-Pot came in very handy, too. (one thing to know, the floors are uneven and could possibly be a problem for someone with balance issues.)

Felt like we had the beach all to ourselves!

This was a cozy, super cute, just right for the two of us condo with a deck that made you feel like you were the only ones at the beach. The pools were very nice and the main pool along with the Turtle's Nest gift shop (they have special restaurant treats daily - check that out) was like staying at a luxury resort. We have stayed at other Coral Reefs Condo units, but this one was in the best location for beach view, beach access and pool access. We will definitely ask for this unit again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Great location on Harbor

The condo was clean and had plenty of towels. The view from porch is nice. It had plenty of needed items that you don’t have to pack (hair dryer, condiments, laundry detergent, soap). I loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo. The floor in the kitchen is uneven though, so just be careful. The toilets are low to floor and not so easy to get up and down from. The couch was very comfortable. We used the state park pass. I love Hunting Island. I would stay here again.

Our favorite place in Harbor Island!

We love this condo. This was our third stay here and we plan to return again later this year! It’s perfect for our family! It’s clean, has everything we need, and is located close to the pools and beach. The park pass is an added bonus that we love to use. Ann is very responsive and super helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Two Sisters on a Beach Getaway

This condo is perfectly placed with a view of the ocean, between two smaller pools. Not far from the large pool and hot tub and fitness facility down the road. It’s comfortable, especially for a couple. Ann has all the equipment provided that you could need for cooking, cleaning, washing a load of laundry, etc. This is the best place to be for me in Harbor Island. Love it!

Beautiful villa in convenient location

A great place to stay

We had such a good time - just not long enough. The villa was great and so was the location. We could sit on the deck and watch the ocean all day.

Nice sofa sleeper in living room. Carpet dirty, worn- needs replacing. Floor uneven due to warping of subflooring. TV, DVD difficult to work. Condo is aged & needs upgrading. Comfortable bed & pillows. Nice deck facing ocean. Sliding door & screen to back deck difficult to slide open. Quiet, serene area.

Mother and son getaway

Nice secluded and peaceful stay. Stop at a grocery store before you get to the island because there isn’t much there. The villa is a short walk from the beach and it was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive, helpful, and gracious.

Anfitrión: Ann Leverett

We live in Rincon, Georgia which is just north of Savannah. We purchased the property with the intention that it will be our retirement home someday. Presently we are employed part time and have other considerations which keep us in Rincon. But Harbor Island is close enough for us to visit on the weekends or even run over for just a day. Earl is a war veteran and former body building champion and I (Ann) am a national and world champion powerlifter who continues to do personal training.

When we visited this property we simply fell in love with the area. It was not the hustle and bustle of Hilton Head and we enjoy the quieter atmosphere.
