The side deck area has access from the kitchen area. The 2 Full Bathrooms will give you space with a beautiful tiled walk in shower in the primary bedroom and soaking tub in the main house bathroom. The Cottage will allow for an Eat in/Dining area off the Kitchen with room to sleep 4 and with in walking distance of all the Beach Activities. Side Deck area for grilling and Front Porch to relax and enjoy the Beach Breeze , Sunrise and Quite Time! Colonial Beach is a Family Fun Community offering something for the Entire Family. Updated! Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of linens and towels. Well priced. Great for two couples or small family.

A lovely stay in a quiet cottage

An excellent value -- second time we've stayed here, and, should it be available, we will stay here again next time we're visiting Colonial Beach for more than just a day trip. Clean and well-appointed. This is a couple blocks from the main beach in Colonial Beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Kids had a blast. Super comfortable soaking tub in main bathroom. Wish I had one like it at home.

Great location and amenities!

We had a great stay! The location is close to everything, there's plenty of parking and having 2 bathrooms was so nice. Hopefully we will be back again in the future!

Outlets in both bathrooms

The outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. I called Cindi and she said she would have someone come out. We had such a busy schedule that I told her we wouldn't be around during the day, so not to worry about it. I understand that you had no way of being aware of the problem without the previous tenants telling you about it. It certainly wasn't a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our short stay in this cute house! It was our first time in Colonial Beach. Great place for a long weekend. The house was close to beach and restaurants. Property manager was great to work with and super responsive to the one request we made while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Nice home

The house is a good size for up to 4 people. The rooms are good size and nicely decorated. Very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and having coffee in the morning. Everything you need is there. Colonial beach is a beach town that is very low key. Its a perfect place to unwind.

Weems Cottage

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Weems cottage. It was only a block from my sister's house, and two blocks from the beach - very convenient. The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and communication with Cindy was great. We hope to stay again some time.

Great Location, economic accommodations

Wonderful location, must bring own coffee pods and condiments. Bare essentials but all in working order. Would stay again for the price and location.

We loved this cozy cottage! Everything was perfect and the decorations were charming. The Recliner was a big plus, wish there were two! I also loved the teabags provided since we had some rainy days! We surely would rent again!!

Long weekend

Met a buddy from Vietnam and his family and friends for a long weekend in Colonial Beach. We were only a few blocks away from all of the activities. The property was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. This was our first VRBO stay and were very pleased. Thanks.

Great cottage

Fit the bill perfectly for 4 adults. Location super. Cottage was very clean. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms. Bed comfortable. Colonial beach was a very quiet laid back beach town. Felt very safe.

Delightful

Loved our stay at this house! Perfect location to everything - beach, shops, restaurants were all walkable. House was clean, organized, and well-stocked. Colonial Beach itself is adorable and this house is in the right location to take advantage of what this lovely, historic town has to offer.

Great house!

Cute house, all that we needed for the week. Very clean, plenty of space for our family of four, and convenient parking right by the front door. Nice to have two full bathrooms and the washer/dryer was key. Owner quickly responded with any questions. Street was very quiet. Could walk to beach, we drove and parked. Our favorite beach was at the southern most tip, fewest people. Overall our stay was great, highly recommend this house for a quiet beach getaway!

Great Beach House

This place is great - Location is 2.5 blocks from the beach - quite neighbor, both bathrooms are great - Everything you need is under 1/2 mile away. Clean , Cool, Spacious - just some little things the property manager can address (these are all minor little things) 1. Some sorta table next the the charcoal grill would be very helpful. 2. Paper towels , trash bags and dish soap. there were 2 trash bags , 1 roll of paper towels and about 1 tbls of dish soap. these are things that are needed more of - all should be stocked in the house. Like I said - little things I highly recommend staying at this location !!

Cozy House Near Beach

This is a nice property and is exactly as described. It’s a bonus having two bathrooms (with two bedrooms). We never needed to contact the host because everything went very smoothly with our stay.
