The listing is big and well cared for. Appliances and dishes were terrific. View was spectacular. The owner Tim was very responsive to all of our questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on Carolina Beach.

Great location. Great view. Deck was not clean. I cleaned it. Very comfortable place.Kitchen had everything anyone could need. Have stayed here 2 or 3 times before.Fur baby had a wonderful time. Would I come back again? Absolutely! "Happy Days" - as my Grandfather would say when he toasted a special family event.

The place is wonderful! We usually go to Topsail but I’d return to CB if this place were available again. Really spacious for 3 dog, very clean, super comfortable lounging couch and an awesome balcony swing looking out over a perfectly wide beach. Great location - close to nightlife but not so close you can hear it at night.

The view from this property is amazing! Tim is a great host and answers questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay and liked that the pool wasn't at all crowded. There are 32 steps to get to the unit, so be aware. Parking is also very tight under the building, but we always found something. The appliances are great and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean when we arrived.

Amazing location with a beautiful view..i would 100% recommend this place to anyone with a family.. Extremely short walk to the beach and close to all main attractions... best vacations we have taken..

Beautiful ocean side condo

We had an amazing time. Condo was perfect for easy access to the beach on nice days and beautiful views from the balcony on rainy days. We definitely would book here again.

Best Views and Location!

We loved this location especially with the dogs. It was close to the north pier where dogs could be all day! The ocean views were amazing! We had a great stay and would book again!

Tim is a very good communicator and we had no problems getting in and enjoying our time. The stairs are a challenge and would advise that people with difficulty walking, not chose this condo. The TV in the master bedroom never worked consistently. The door to the master bedroom is off center and could not be closed fully. We enjoyed our stay despite these couple of small issues. The ocean out the sliding doors made up for everything; very easy access to the beach.
