This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. We are in the "short term rental overlay" established by the city and this neighborhood which guarantees we are legal and safe for you to book. Moreover, this property is closer to Calhoun Street and South of Broad than other legal short term rentals. You can't always tell the difference online. This is a fine building that won awards in 1999 for its outstanding historic renovation. You will be pleased when you make this your choice.
