The Sumter Suite was exactly what myself, wife and 2 kids were looking for. A well appointed, clean, 3 bedroom house within walking distance to King St. This location checked all the boxes and more. We definitely would stay in the Sumter Suite again..

This place was wonderful. Comfortable beds, beautiful morning light filled kitchen, great outdoor space, easy parking, responsive/attentive hosts. My only complaint is the shared bathroom is very tight with the shower door and entry door banging into each other if you are not careful, and the shower head is very high straight overhead.

Great property in great neighborhood. walkable to downtown areas. Wonderful new restaurant right next door. Very well appointed property--better than most rentals I've had over the years, especially if you plan to cook in. Would stay here again in a second.
