Ground level apartment in a grand historic home on famous Gaston Street. Right at the top of Forsyth Park. Gated front courtyard perfect for cocktails.
This garden apartment is 1300 square feet! It has a private kitchen, large living room with pullout sofa, and a bedroom with new King size bed and a wicker daybed.
Parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Meters are free nights and weekends in this part of Downtown. Meters must be paid during the day on weekdays and can be paid via Park Savannah app or with a 'Visitors Parking Day Pass' available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. Check with the City of Savannah Parking Services for pricing on the Day Pass. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan.
Within one block there is non-metered parking for those who prefer not to buy the pass. Shared laundry is available for your convenience right outside your back door in the owner's utility room.
Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion.
