Beautiful ground level, fully furnished basement apartment in mid Century Modern East Asheville home. Owners live in main house. Private entrance. Parking on the driveway. Large living area with television (streaming only), dinning area. A fully stocked kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The well lit bedroom has views to the garden and blackout curtains for privacy and a queen size bed. Linens are provided. Access to secluded patio, expansive gardens, and laundry room. WiFi, Netflix and Hulu Plus. Guests share laundry room, patio and garden with homeowner.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with many trees, friendly neighbors and places to walk. Restaurant and shopping only minutes away. Public transit nearby. A short distance from the municipal gulf course and Blue Ridge Parkway. 8 minutes from downtown. A great place to relax as well as enjoy the beauty and excitement of Asheville. I love hiking in the woods and being in nature. I take care of my body, love cooking vegetarian dishes and dehydrating vegetables from my garden. I belong to a conscious dancing community here in Asheville and dance at several times a week
I purchased this home in 2010 from its original owner.
