Our villa is in Dalyan and fully equipped to a high standard and set in a very quiet street with the sound of birds and the grandeur of the mountains which create a perfect environment for relaxation. It is located in the village of Dalyan with spectacular scenery on your doorstep. 3,000 year old Lycian Tombs carved into the cliff face, mud baths and thermal pools, Kaunos the ancient city, cotton fields, olive groves, orange & lemon orchards and water sport activities are just to name a few. There are walks and cycle hire if you wish to explore further than the village and enjoy the Turkish sunshine and surrounding countryside or beach areas. Iztuzu (turtle beach) is a 10 minute drive or 30 minute cycle away, and there is regular bus services or taxi boats to the beach.

Villa Cicek sits in a 1225sqm garden alongside 4 other detached villas, all with private balconies/terraces. The 65 sq.m. pool has depths ranging from 90cm to 160cm (not graduated) but suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike. The gardens and pool areas are maintained daily.

Villa Cicek is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Mediterranean villa, with reverse cycle air conditioners in every room, kitchen and dining room and a large terrace with outdoor setting.

The villa is furnished with bespoke modern furniture and has very comfortable beds. Bed linen and towels are first quality and included in the tariff.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a oven, gas cook top, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, casserole dishes, everything you could possibly need to prepare a your meals. The kitchen has a front loading washing machine for your convenience.
Kitchen supplies include washing up liquid, sponge and dishcloth, herbs and spices, spray oil, foil, cling wrap, oven bags & salt & pepper and local spices are all provided for your convenience.
