This 3,800 square foot home is warm and welcoming! Conveniently located Mid Island, at 5 Keequinn Circle, you are close to all Nantucket has to offer. The home is spacious and comfortable, boasting 5 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and 4 full baths, perfect for a family or two! It’s post and beam construction, central air conditioning, two fireplaces and three gathering areas are perfect for get-togethers and there is always room to find a quiet nook. The salt water pool and outdoor shower are located directly off of the back deck. The yard is nicely landscaped and fenced in for your furry family members. (Well behaved pets are welcome when arranged prior to arrival.) The property also has a basketball court and abuts conservation land. The owners have been in the hospitality business for years and you will find the home well-appointed and any needs attended to expediently.

Our Favorite Nantucket House

This property is just perfect for a wonderful Nantucket vacation. It is so comfortable and easy for our family vacation. Tracy thinks of everything! It is our 2nd year here and we will certainly make it our regular spot!

The Perfect Nantucket House for Our Family

This house is perfect for a large family - it has everything needed and the owner is wonderful at answering questions and helping us plan for the trip. The house provides many extras - pool toys, beach items, a grill, etc. Overall, we will most definitely be returning to the island and this house will be our first choice!

close to perfect!

We liked the location, being mid-island, which allowed us to be pretty close to everything. The home exceeded our expectations which is rare. The home is spacious, clean, well stocked etc. Tracy was easy to communicate with and even added an extra umbrella out by the pool after I requested it. very nice! The property is gorgeous, the pool is spectacular, the furniture around the saltwater pool is amazing, the swingset and slides were a plus. The only negatives are the mahogany decking near the pool gave us splinters and most bedrooms have skylights, however, Tracy said she would address the decking and we booked for another 2 weeks next summer! We really had a fabulous trip!

This house and owner delivered across the board.

The proximity to everything we wanted to experience was outstanding…close to town, bike and running trails, quiet, near beaches, golf was a bike ride the list goes on. Supermarket is close which is key as well. Pool was a game changer. The owners were on every aspect of our visit. It could not have gone better

Amazing house and host!

We had an amazing vacation staying at this beautiful home. The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful and large the property is. We spent 2 weeks (my husband, our 2 children and our dog) and had other guests (also families) come to visit during that time. The home had beautiful spaces for hang out inside and out. The rooms were well decorated and had fresh flowers throughout the house when we arrived. The pool and outside space is amazing! The kids and our puppy had a blast! Tracy is an amazing host. Great communication, great check in/out. She went above and beyond by keeping an eye on our puppy when we were out and even taking care of him for a few hours one day. She also helped us with activities in the island. I honestly was blown away by her hospitality. We had an amazing vacation with lots of lovely memories with our family and friends. We will definitely be back!
