Step into this beach themed vacation retreat and you will find a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV and views of Morro Rock out your front window. Off the living room is a classic kitchen with breakfast table perfect for creating that memorable meal in and full stocked with all the cooking utensils required. Off the Kitchen is another large family/dining room with a large table and flat screen TV. This room opens to a fully fence and wind protected patio perfect for BBQ’in or relaxing on a Sunny afternoon. The home also provides sleeping accommodations for the entire family. The first bedroom has two twin beds, while the second and third bedroom each have queen beds. The Master Suite is a perfect getaway feature a queen bed and private bathroom. Great location and a wonderful place for our family’s quick getaway! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities made it easy to cook and feel at home during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

This house is super clean and comfortable! This is the 3rd summer that I have rented for our family summer beach vacation. It has everything we need, we will be back next summer!

Just what we needed for our family trip with littles. Might be nice to add hooks on the walls or doors in the bedrooms and bathrooms so people can hang their jackets or bags or towels. No ac but we just opened the windows and it cooled off quickly. Also we weren’t able to close the window above the shower in the master bathroom because it was broken. Overall great stay, beautiful home, very responsive host!

We loved our stay here. The house was super comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed for a family trip. The location was perfect with a beautiful view, and it felt really welcoming for a larger family with kids. My family absolutely loved it. Morro Bay is amazing, and this home made the trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was a great place for the family and I to stay. Close to highway to get around easy to the nearby towns. The house had everything that you needed to be comfortable and enjoy great family time together! We would definitely come back to this home in the nearby future. Great place!

Wonderful place

We had such a lovely stay. Everything was very clean and close to downtown Morro Bay. The house had lots of living space and places for hanging out. We also loved relaxing in the outdoor space.

We were beyond pleased with this Morro Bay home! There was plenty of space for my adult children and grandchildren to sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was clean and larger than expected. The kitchen was nice and very well stocked with lots of pans for cooking. The washer & dryer was very convenient. We really liked having the bonus dining room/den with another TV so our grandboys could have their own space and the adults could relax in the living room. Honestly, the home looked even better than the pictures. There is a large patio with tables, chairs, and a BBQ. The view of the hills was nice, especially at night when we were blessed with a full moon! The only minor issue was that the checkout time was incorrectly stated as 11am on the VRBO site and on emails, when it was actually 10am! We were almost out anyway, but the housekeepers were not very patient and came right in before we could haul out the last of our stuff. Hopefully that has been resolved. Ian was very responsive and a good communicator. We would love to rent this home again in the future!

Nice place to relax with family

We enjoyed our stay at the house for the weekend. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Felt safe. Clean property with lots of areas to dine and enjoy your stay. We had 2 young children and two 2 years and under and it was great for all of us.

Morro Bay home away from home

This was a perfect place for our trip. Convenient location and beautiful area. Plenty of room for all, nice patio in back perfect in the morning as the sun comes up. Kitchen was well supplied, had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again.

As much as we enjoyed this property, we had to do a 4 instead of a 5/5 due to a few things that need to be addressed before making it the perfect stay.A good pest control service would absolutely help the home feel more inviting. There were too many bugs and insects inside and cobwebs in several rooms. Also a good idea to provide a few more toiletry items knowing a large party is coming for a long amount of time. This was not a huge deal as there are several options around to purchase your own.A few heads up items- the doors have all been painted so they stick and are very loud opening and closing, hot and cold are switched in the front bathroom and the heaters are wall heaters- 1 towards the front and 1 towards the back. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is large and spacious. The backyard is cozy and you can even see cows and deer sometimes! Definitely a good stay for a large family needing 4 bedrooms.

We had a great stay at this house and it was in a good, quiet location. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of room. Nice view of the hills in the backyard too!
