This property is hosted by Coastal Properties, LLC in Orange Beach, Al. You will simply love the new look of this popular 2nd floor unit. It has been upgraded with fresh paint and new furniture which will make for a relaxing beach vacation. While there are 2 elevators you can easily access this unit by way of the stairs. It has been recently redecorated and is located in the heart of Orange Beach. You will enjoy your gulf front balcony which is furnished with a table and four chairs. This unit features all tile floors, sofa sleeper, dining table, bar stools and a kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Great place right on the beach!

We loved being right on the beach. Great location with everything you can think of right in the area. Condo listing has check in as 3 pm but when we arrived we were told check in was not until 4-5 pm. They were cleaning the unit when we arrived and said they were mopping their way out the door. We went right up and it was not wet and didn’t looked like it had been mopped. Overall great place and we would stay again.

Updating & cleanliness

Bathrooms & front doors were in poor shape. The floors were filthy, made your feet so dirty walking bare foot that we had to wear our sandals in the condo the whole time. Great view & pool. Great trip but a little better cleaning of the condo before guest arrive.

Great home for the week!

This was the perfect condo for my boyfriend and I. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We were nervous about being right above the pool, but with the doors closed we didn’t hear a thing. Overall, a great stay!

The unit itself could use a few upgrades. New towels would especially be nice. Also extra (and upgraded) bedding is definitely needed. Kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend the complex but maybe not this particular unit.

Worst ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had ask NOT to be on the 2nd floor due to the noise, etc. We were told NO that was the ONLY room they had...booked 4 months ago. We were unable to sit out on the balcony or leave our sliding doors open to hear the ocean due to excessive smoke from people right under our room at the pool. Also, constant loud talking and noise from outside. WORST of all the A/C unit was 3 ft from our bed and sounded like a train going thru the room all nite. We were unable to sit out and read, talk, or just enjoy the view due to these factors. We will not stay there again. The outside of the front of the property looks like a maintainance area. Never again. Way too pricy to have to come home to rest!!!!

I’m glad that I had brought my own sheets though. Don’t think the mattress covers had been changed or washed. The couches could use some cleaning or covering. We just used the extra sheets. Other than that we were pleasantly impressed.

Great location, beautiful view and easy access to the beach. A bit smaller than I expected, bedroom was quite cramped, tiny bathroom/shower.
