This 7th floor unit features brand new flooring, paint and living room furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. You will enjoy the beachside master bedroom as well as the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Great stay

Only complaint is some nights its ok to be in the pool after 10 other nights they want you out at 9:59 but everything was great close to the water we will stay again!

Simple but nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice little spot. A little basic but it was comfortable and worked for our needs. Coastal Properties communicated very well and gave us a heads up on the check in details. Room stayed cool and we seemed to have what we needed in the cabinets and drawers. The elevators had several issues during our stay. One incident where someone even got stuck in it. Beach was a bit crowded. Overall, We enjoyed our stay at 706 Sun Swept and would stay again.

Small things that could be improved; toaster in unit burned toast every time and electric receptacle on balcony didn't work.

Perfect 4 days

Condo was very clean, well organized and perfectly located. It is in the beach, has a large pool, and walking distance from Walmart and several restaurants. We will stay again

The property did have a great view. The toaster needs replacing. It burns the bottom half of the toast and doesn’t brown the top half. It would be nice to have has some salt and pepper and maybe a few spices available. Not a ton but just some basics. Thankfully I brought salt with me. The management on the property was very helpful

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time to Sun Swept and it will be our LAST!! The unit was not clean in the bathrooms. How can a cleaning person come and clean bathtubs and not notice the master bathtub does not drain? Standing in feet of water is unacceptable. Said plumber came and fixed it NO!! Said they would call to let us know what the outcome was from plumber - NO call, had to call office to find out. Very Very, Very disappointed!

Great Location

Things I liked about this property - location, not crowded, no issues getting a parking spot when you leave and come back. Things I didn't like- the property has NO RESTROOM by the pool or beach. I have never been to a property that did not have restrooms by pool. This is a negative! Also, the condo's TV's were SO small. TV's are very cheap and i would invest in larger TV's. It also would have been nice if they had hair dryer's in the bathrooms. The towels felt like sand paper so I would suggest bringing your own. We honestly didn't use the kitchen at all as we were only there a few days so not sure if they had everything or not. The staff checking in were very nice. I just don't understand why you have to actually check in and not have a parking pass in your room and get a code emailed to you like most places always do.

Good however…..

Great location, clean, excellent parking and street access, simple and very friendly check-in. TVs are tiny;the largest is about 25” diagonal. The dryer only gets warm and needs repair as it would take hours to dry a load of clothes. Discovered this at 7pm the night before we left the next morning for a 11 hour drive home. I did call the emergency number however didn’t hear back for 40 minutes and by then we were at a laundromat drying clothes.
