305 Sunswept Your Couples Getaway Awaits Available for Jan/Feb 2025

This 3rd floor unit is available for January and February 2025 and is hosted by Coastal Properties in Orange Beach Al. It features a nice sofa sleeper and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the extra half bath is a great added feature. The direct gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Great beach getaway!!

You meet wonderful people from all over. Restaurants are close. Shopping is convenient.The only problem we had was with people who smoke on the patio. We liked to sit outside when we are not at the beach because of the view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was on the low end of the spectrum. Balcony slider very hard to open and close, furnishings outdated, bed uncomfortable, and some electrical outlets not working. On a positive note, staff was amazing, view was amazing, and pool was nice. If we stay again it would be in a different unit.

Independence Day week….

Bed was very creaky. Overall condo needs updating. Not much room to store or hang things. TV’s are tiny and hard to figure out. It is in a great location though!

Cleanness

Everything was wonderful, except our room could use some deep cleaning. The sofa was dirty and smelled. I put sheets over it to set on it. The bedroom had a musty odor. I sprayed with Lysol which helped to make it better. Also the sheets were clean but the bedspread needed cleaning. We didn’t use it.

The room and view were both excellent. We would like to have had a little more room, but were pleased with our stay. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

Fabulous Wonderful Beach View-Comfy and Cozy. condo was clean, bed comfortable, kitchen adequate, its age is starting to show. We stayed for three weeks.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heating and cooling unit would not work properly. Had to flip breaker to turn off. The toilet is outdated for sure, so low to the floor. Also, broken toilet seat. Cold air came from the closets in the bedroom due to not being properly sealed up. We put something under each door. We checked out a week early.

Bed sheets

The bed had a plastic mattress pad on it and EVERY TIME you moved in the bed the fitted sheet would come off. We were up many many times in the middle of the night having to fix the sheets. It was very annoying
