This 3rd floor unit has tile throughout. It features a nice sofa sleeper and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the extra half bath is a great added feature.The direct gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Excellent Condo

The room and view were both excellent. We would like to have had a little more room, but were pleased with our stay. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolute beautiful views, friendly service, clean condo! This trip was for business, and I felt more relaxed and energized staying here. Relaxing getaway

After Murray with Coastal Properties helped us check in, all went seamlessly. Sunswept is my favorite spot in Orange Beach! Easy access to the beach. Very convenient location. Good places to eat close by. The live music at Wolf Bay was fun! Plans are being made already for my next visit.

Orange beach

The only suggestion I have is put additional toilet paper and garbage bags in the unit. Our stay was wonderful and we will be returning next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heating and cooling unit would not work properly. Had to flip breaker to turn off. The toilet is outdated for sure, so low to the floor. Also, broken toilet seat. Cold air came from the closets in the bedroom due to not being properly sealed up. We put something under each door. We checked out a week early.

Bed sheets

The bed had a plastic mattress pad on it and EVERY TIME you moved in the bed the fitted sheet would come off. We were up many many times in the middle of the night having to fix the sheets. It was very annoying

Sun Swept

We called at 430 pm to tell the management we would not be there until 530 pm. There was no envelope with our parking pass or our door code left in the after hours lock box like she said. We arrived at 530 in the sweltering heat. After over 20 calls to the only 2 numbers we had for the management company, noone ever answerered. The on site security gaurd finally made some calls after an hour of standing around in 95 degrees and 90 % humidity. The manager apologized and said she would get us a gift card. We never received a gift card and will never stay in those condos again or anything Costal manages. We go to Orange beach every year. And this was the worst experience!

Cleanness

Everything was wonderful, except our room could use some deep cleaning. The sofa was dirty and smelled. I put sheets over it to set on it. The bedroom had a musty odor. I sprayed with Lysol which helped to make it better. Also the sheets were clean but the bedspread needed cleaning. We didn’t use it.

Fantastic View

Fabulous Wonderful Beach View-Comfy and Cozy. condo was clean, bed comfortable, kitchen adequate, its age is starting to show. We stayed for three weeks.
