Looking for Amenities? This unit comes with beach service to include 2 chairs and an umbrella. Summerchase has an indoor pool,sparkling outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, fitness room and grilling area.This 8th floor unit is beautifully decorated with tile floors throughout and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The master bath features a lovely separate shower and there are 2 full size beds in the third bedroom which a nice added feature. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balconies just off of the master bedroom as well as the living room. Summerchase is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Perfect Place

Property was perfect for our group. Clean, great location near restaurants, beach was only steps anway and we felt safe.

Great condo

Everything during our stay was great. There was construction at the property but it didn’t affect our unit and wasn’t loud at all. Perfect view and beach location.

Nice Little Getaway

The condo was nice! Well equipped kitchen. The beach views were very pretty. I enjoyed spending time out on the balcony watching sunsets and listening to the waves hit the shore. The building was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. We'd never been to Orange Beach and September proved to be a perfect time to visit. We only had 1 small burst of rain and the rest was perfect weather. The condo was perfect. Very centrally located to various shops and restaurants. Clean. Perfect layout for our family. Beautiful sunrise view. Condos were well cleaned and the property was well maintained. The elevator smelled like cleaning agents constantly which made me feel like it was being tended to.

From the decor to the beautiful view from the balcony, well stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms, it was perfect for our family! Everything in the condo was well maintained and worked properly! Loved it

Overall we absolutely loved this rental! It was perfect for our family of 5 and two grandparents. Location was close to all the necessity’s. Small issue with hot water, couldn’t use both showers at the same time.

Beach get away

We stay in condo's all the time. This was the best experience we have had with the over all condition and decor! The unit was clean. Well docrated, Not too much and not to little it was perfect.

Our week at summer chase

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice,everything was just as advertised in photos.we have stayed at Summerchase several times and this was one of the better condos.The actual building and upkeep of facilities has seemed to gone downhill.Some windows boarded up,floors dirty and elevators smelled like dead fish a few days.

Our view was awesome we saw dolphins swimming everyday. I recommend this place for your vacation. Plenty of towels and no leaks in the toilet or bathroom. All switches worked fine. Plenty of room on balcony and in the unit. I will definitely stay here again. Location was awesome walking distance to several stores and restaurants.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in Orange Beach

The property manager made us feel like we called at inappropriate times as it was 1am when we woke up to water spewing from the toilet tank. Water was in 3 of the rooms at this point. Someone came with two GIANT dehumidifiers, but never cleaned up all the toilet water we were walking through. So we had to use the 5 towels they had given for our stay!(there were 8 people in our room for these 5 towels that we sopped up toilet water with!) They left the dehumidifiers in the small bathroom for over 36 hours which made that bathroom unusable. ( plus they were LOUD and the electric cords were running through water on the groundAND there was a tube dripping the toilet water into the sink)🤢 One of the outlets was brown/ burnt and it shot sparks when we tried to use it. You basically had to leave light switches ON for outlets to work to charge your phone!???? There was sand in two of our beds upon arrival. The shower door fell off into the tub ... TWICE! When we called... they asked if it shattered. Since it didn’t we were toLd to steer clear of the danger and they’d come look at it the next day. Everyone should use the ONE BATHROOM!!!!!’ To shower and take care of other business!!! We basically had maintenance men in and out THE ENTIRE time. At first I emailed the property manager 5 times with several question about getting towels and parking. No response... when I called ... she told me they don’t answer emails since it was their busy time!😳😳😳😳( May 12-16) We got a parking ticket. Kitchen was ill equipped, no bar stools, and there is no table on the small balcony to enjoy. There were so many debacles that it almost became COMICAL! We were offered no recourse, no room change, no rebate..... NOTHiNG! I’ve never dealt with a condo in such poor condition, or a property manager so shady with customer service. Worst vacation we have ever had, and we go to Orange Beach/GulfShores 2x per years. I have NEVER left a bad review!

Reviewer Comments: We had a few problems with the property - all the TV remotes needed new batteries, the refrigerator and freezer door would not close due to problems with the seal, parking spaces limited to 2 cars and the chain on the extra lock on the front door was missing. The rental company did address the TV remotes and refrigerator seals.

Great beach proximity & view. Good bedrooms (comfortable beds, no twin beds). Decor a little dark for the beach, but comfortable. No hair dryer. A tight squeeze for 8, requiring use of sleeper sofa.
