Enjoy great ocean views from this villa. The entry opens to the kitchen, living room and dining room. The living room and bedrooms have hardwood laminate flooring. The living room has a 50inch flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD player and telescope. Guests can also plug in their IPOD and listen to music through the stereo. There is a sofa, love seat, plus two additional upholstered chairs for lounging. A slider leads out to the oceanfront balcony. The dining room has a wooden table with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen has a granite and wood cutting surface as well as a Pro Chef work station and bar seating for two with ocean views.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD and Timex CD/ AM/FM radio and beautiful ocean views. The master also has a private bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed, flat screen TV and DVD player and access to the oceanfront balcony. There is a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo and walk in closet.

The balcony features a balcony height table and chairs for two and a cocktail table and two chairs.
