The home is fully equipped with all bath and bed linens, complete kitchen, large front porch, and back yard patio with gas grill. Comfortable sleeping for six: king in master bedroom, queen in bedroom 2, and two xl-twins in bedroom 3. Half bath with full size laundry on main floor, upstairs master bath with walk-in shower, and another full bath upstairs with tub/shower.

Amazing Place

This is one of our best VRBO rentals ever! It was exactly as described. The house was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything one might need, with an amazing location. We were able to walk everywhere: dining, shopping, farmer’s market, and my husband’s favorite, the charter boat fishing pier. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect Spot for Grand Have Beach Vacation

Location is fantastic for a vacation that is close to walk or drive to all the favorite Grand Haven spots from Downtown to the Beach. Property is exactly as described and represented in the pictures. Great outdoor space for grilling and morning coffee. My family and I had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

Clean, stocked, perfect for family!

Everything we needed for our stay, this house is perfect for a family with young kids. Property owner was prompt and even brought over a brand new bucket of beach toys for the kids . Will be back!

Perfect

This property was a 10/10. New, clean, great location. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, toiletries and extra bedding. Traveling with kids can be hard but the fenced in back yard exceeded our expectations. Easy walk to all of our favorite activities. We will definitely be staying here agin!

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at Brian’s property and we cannot wait to come back! The house was clean, well-stocked and perfect for our family of five. The location is amazing and we loved walking to all the great restaurants and shops that were close. Grand Haven is an amazing little town and Brian was a great host!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Grand Haven!

This place has been very well thought out, down to every detail. My wife and I came with our 3 month old and 4 year old and were blown away by how nice this house is and the location. We had such a great time, we are already planning on returning to this property again next year on our annual family vacation to Grand Haven. The host was great and very responsive during our stay with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home, Fully Stocked, Great Location

Home was very clean and very stocked with supplies. We usually bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags because we are used to being provided only one per bathroom/for the kitchen. This home had more than what we needed for two families with small children. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The house was with in walking distance to all of our favorite places. Home owner was very responsive and accommodating! Our kids loved the house and open first floor layout. Would definitely recommend/re-book!

Great Location’

This is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in! Clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. The location was great as it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Brian was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in Grand Haven!

Beautiful house in a great location

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great; it is a pleasant walk to the pier and quaint downtown area. The house is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We would gladly stay here again!

Fun stay in Grand Haven

This house is in a great location that is very walkable to restaurants a few blocks away. We loved Lucy’s and Kirby House. And the Farmers Market almost across the street. Easy drive to The Unicorn Restaurant and the beach (less than 2 miles away). The house was just as presented in Vrbo. Clean, cute decor, and comfortable. Two couples stayed and had plenty of private space as well as space to hang out together. Brian was responsive and helpful as needed. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great stay in Grand Haven! Quiet and close to downtown

This property was perfect for our girls weekend in Grand Haven! Convenient driveway or street parking, 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the beach. The house was more spacious than anticipated and truly had everything we could have needed or wanted! Including a fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and spices, spacious eating and lounging space, beach towels and wagon, private outdoor seating space with a grill, in unit laundry, and comfy bedrooms! Was very clean and exceeded our expectations!

Everything you need!

New house with a perfect great room layout. Huge kitchen table with plenty on seating. Fully functional kitchen, new appliances, everything provided down to spice rack and Ziplock bags. Comfortable beds, linens provided at no cost. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect Place!

The house was super clean and in a great location. We just loved the nautical theme that was carried throughout. It had able space for the 4 or us. We loved being in walking distance to the water and downtown shopping area. Major plus that everything was in walking distance and we felt safe even walking after dark. This was a great find!

Over 60's Girls Weekend

The property is BRAND NEW and outfitted perfectly. We are four longtime friends who like to cook, shop, walk around, and laugh. We were able to do all of that in GR. We had a three-night stay and did the farmers market, an impromptu gospel concert that was incredible, breakfasts at Anna's House (incredible), barbequed in the backyard, tons of walking, and a day in Saugatuck. Perfect end-of-summer fall getaway. Kudos to the owner for making a great home away. Best VRBO I've ever stayed at.

Beautiful house, great location

Highly recommend this house! Large common area with spacious bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Location was perfect, just a couple blocks from shopping area and close to boardwalk.
