Everything you need for a relaxing vacation surrounded by all the awesome activities of Grand Haven and the lakeshore... only minutes to the beach and downtown!
The home is fully equipped with all bath and bed linens, complete kitchen, large front porch, and back yard patio with gas grill. Comfortable sleeping for six: king in master bedroom, queen in bedroom 2, and two xl-twins in bedroom 3. Half bath with full size laundry on main floor, upstairs master bath with walk-in shower, and another full bath upstairs with tub/shower.

Great location! We walked downtown for coffee and meals, to the farmer's market, to the musical fountain, and to the lighthouse! Nice backyard and front porch! Nice rooms, and the washer and drier were great.

We have been coming to this lovely property for a few years now, and it never disappoints! Everything you could need is right there. The property is impeccably clean and well equipped. We’ll be coming back again next year!

We had a great time for my Dad’s 80th Birthday. Everything was top notch, clean, and had all the proper amenities. I love the kitchen table! It is unique. The location was perfect for the U.S. Coast Guard Festival. I high recommend staying here.

This was our third year staying here and we absolutely love it! The set-up is great for traveling with the in-laws and our kids, close walking to the things we love most in GH, and overall comfortable accommodations while we are away from home. The house is well-stocked with essentials and plenty of kitchenwares if you like to cook. Brian is always quick to respond to any questions we might have and makes our annual vacation planning so easy. Highly recommend!

A fabulous getaway with my sisters & mom! The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked (kitchen, bath towels, etc.), cozy and so close to downtown. I walked along the riverfront every morning and enjoyed tea from Aldea and Side Car. We had fun at the sidewalk sales, musical fountain shows, restaurants and more. And the pier and beach are an easy drive from the house to enjoy a pretty sunset. The convenience of three bedrooms (my sister & I relived sharing a bedroom) and 2.5 baths is perfect for multiple guests. Plenty of towels and places to unpack and store luggage. Appreciated beach chairs, umbrella and more. The front porch was fabulous to enjoy conversations and people watching, and the backyard provided privacy and space for playing games. Overall this was a great spot. I highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

House is very clean and well laid out for our family of 4. Location was great, walk or drive to everything we wanted to do in under 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

We love this place! Definitely our go-to rental in Grand Haven. The home is immaculate and very well equipped with everything you might need. It is also walking distance to restaurants, interesting shops and recreation.

Beautiful house in a great location

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great; it is a pleasant walk to the pier and quaint downtown area. The house is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We would gladly stay here again!

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at Brian’s property and we cannot wait to come back! The house was clean, well-stocked and perfect for our family of five. The location is amazing and we loved walking to all the great restaurants and shops that were close. Grand Haven is an amazing little town and Brian was a great host!
